Very nice place to stay for the cost. the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

worst stay ever/ no cleaning for 10 days

We had stayed at this hotel many times when it was the My Place Hotel and loved it. Sadly, this time we felt unsafe, our room smelled horribly and we had a package stolen. The manager claims it was picked up/returned to UPS three days after it was delivered (and two days before our arrival) but the driver has stated he never went to pick up the package once he delivered it three days prior. UPS still does not have the package 10 days later.The room smelled horribly and the manager treated us with complete and utter disrespect. We did call the hotel ahead of time to ask if we could send a package and were told yes that would be no problem. The manager then claimed they only accept packages if you are in the hotel that day, which we were never told and our package arrived five days before our arrival. It was a 1.4lb box. The manager refused to help us (if the package was picked up UPS would have given him a receipt) and even the front end staff didn't know about this policy of not holding a package for a few days until we arrive. It is unfortunate that such a great hotel has turned into something so bad. We would still like to know where our items are.

First room we got had such a horrific smell that we had to switch rooms. Staff kindly moved us. Sheets were dirty in both rooms. No one came to change so we got clean sheets & did it ourselves. Stained carpets throughout. Edges of cabinetry were peeling. Enjoyed the 24-hour coffee. Road noise was pretty bad. Lobby bathroom out of order. No housekeeping until you check out & none responded when requested. I’ve stayed in worse. Staff was very nice & doing their best.

Room smelled like a wet dog, couldn’t check in till 1500, shower soaps were empty, no bottle water available for sale in lobby,

No breakfast option

The initial front desk attendant wasn't the friendliest . You can immediately smell a foul smell once you reached the hallway. The room did not smell good either. There were a ridiculous amount of patched up areas throughout the room from someone or something punching through the walls which included the shower. Damage everywhere! The pillowcases had black smudge stains on it. The headboard wasn't wiped. It had smudges all over. The ironing board looked disgusting. It should be burned and thrown away. The bed and pillows were awful. You can smell whatever was being cooked seep into your room. The frame creaked like it was gonna collapse at any moment. I don't know how this hotel it ranked so high on hotel.com. I stayed here years ago when it was new so it was fine. But I wish I researched google or another website. Highly disappointed overall. This place been through some stuff.

My door had obviously been pried open with a crowbar or something else. There were a lot of scary-looking customers. The furniture was in poor repair. The lobby staff were far more interested in chatting with friends than maintaining a professional environment. Overall a poor offering for the relatively high price.

Pillows were too thick. Freeway noise. Was just OK place to stay but the price was good.

Upon entering the hotel it smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The floors are filthy in the hallways . It does not appear to be a safe environment for women and children and is more for transient lifestyles. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

Our bathroom sink was backed up. I reported it to the front desk and it was never fixed. Stayed 3 days and I asked for clean towels that I never received.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We left after they tried to move us to a second room that literally smelled like dead rotten fish. The first room had black stains on the sheets, pillow cases and comforter. The trim on the wall was coming off and the carpet had stains. It was an absolutely disgusting experience. We decided driving 5 hours through the night home would be a better than staying at this hotel. The front desk worker did try, but you could tell she was at a loss of words after she looked at both of the rooms she gave us. She seemed shocked at how bad these rooms were. Oh, and the key card machine would not work and it took her about 15 times to find a key that worked. She was nice though and did apologize for the inconvenience. It was obviously not her fault.

Staff were helpful but not as clean as it looked in photos

Clean and decent for the price point. There was audible road noise from the freeway, but it was more of a white noise hum, which I am able to sleep thorough. If you're used to complete silence, you might have a hard time sleeping.

It was a convenient location for us at the time with easy access to the freeway. Our room was quiet but there was a smell that was off putting as though someone has vomited on the carpeting and even though it was cleaned, still had a smell.

It was a great location close to the activities I had planned for the weekend. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was part of a longer trip, and were able to get in a night earlier than planned, due to a horrible hotel the night before.
