No heated pool, No hot tub, No room service. Asked about room upgrade and was put in a room with balcony. BUT balcony did not access anything, had adjoining wall with pool, so very noisy. Balcony had no view and all we could see was a wall. Would not recommend.

Overall, had a good stay. The location of the property made is extremely convenient getting around Gaslamp. Property was clean and the staff were great. There were a couple of issues that prevented me giving them 5 stars that I’ll elaborate on. 1) When I called the main the desk to get some additional towels delivered, I was put on hold for quite some time, probably a good 30 minutes. Not sure if they were short staffed or just forgotten about but those things leave a sour taste when it comes to hospitality. Eventually, we just tracked down a maid and grabbed towels from them. 2) We were given a ADA room, which was probably the only room they had available at the time we checked in (1:45PM). It wasn’t a bad thing but the bench inside the tub made it very inconvenient to shower since it took up nearly 1/2 the tub. Other than those things, I would probably stay here again and get a regular room.

We had a lovely stay. But I was disappointed in the fact that the gift shop closed early and the restaurant closed early. I think the valet parking fee was way too much. And the tub spout and our shower dripped all night long. So that was frustrating to listen to. I was also disappointed in the fact that the day we were leaving, the pool was closed due to a private event. Something like this needs to be addressed or have the patrons informed prior to the stay because this is an amenity that we wanted to use.

It’s a cute place and definitely for an older crowd. The pool was tiny and there was no open chairs. All the food was terrible

the pool is VERY small and the photos are VERU misleading. our room wasnt cleaned on 2 seperate occasssions despite requests. the area is very convenient BUT it is a smelly dirty entrance. HOMELESSNESS is an issue in the area

Its a decent property , with Parking and resprt fees and ameneties charges and taxes be sure to add about $125 per night stay or more . Pool acess is very limited almost all areas are for pay / rent or ( reserved ) for nobody apparently just cant sit there unless you consume lots of food and drinks there.. Happy hour wasargaritas at 5pm waiter said that was only 5 min at 5:00-5:05 pm ..not what the text they send was .. Parking text is never working and they reply about 5 -10 min later you have to take slip to valet . Overall a basic experience for the higher price .

Nice property, rooms are a little small but clean. Would have liked if they had more than one elevator. Cabana was nice however pool was very small and wished they played different music. Overall nice experience

The hotel is in a great location. It’s close to Petco Park and many restaurants and bars. We walked to Seaport Village and Little Italy. The staff were all very friendly! We had a corner room with really nice views.

The property was very spacious. There was lots of room to lounge and chill. The staff was always present at the front desk and friendly. The room itself was decorated with the most relaxing decor. The bathroom has very limited counter space which wasn’t a deal breaker. The room we were in did have a leaky tub spout.

Overall hotel was good. Pool was small for the size of facility. Busy after a padres game day. Under the cabinets could be cleaned up. We check to make sure our kids haven’t miss placed anything, could use a cleaning under there.

Great atmosphere, comfortable rooms with great fun theming and a fantastic view over petco park!

Great staff & fun place!

We only stayed one night but we had a wonderful experience. Check in was easy and the young lady that helped us, Gianna was very friendly and made the check in process super easy for us. Our room was very clean, wonderful and very comfortable.

Property is very nice, I have stayed here twice before. Very local and convenient location. Rooms are very nice and roomy and clean. Ambrose’s are great. This time the waistline to check in was long and didn’t care for the buckle and dining for extra services. Otherwise a great place to stay.
