friendly staff, quite, clean comfortable room, waking distance to major restaurant. have pleasant stay.

Overall, it was decent. The staff was excellent, the area around the hotel wasn't the best.

The pillows are small squares, the toilets are low. There was a leak in the bathroom of our first room. We requested ro switch rooms. The second room smelled like strong cigarette, and it’s supposed to be a smoke free building. The sink water pressure was low and water was a small stream. There are blinds on the windows, but NO CURTAINS TO BLOCK OUT ANY LIGHT. We asked the cleaning lady for an extra pillow. She said ok but never came back. The front desk workers were really nice though.

Our floor was filthy we couldn’t even take our shoes off. We wore shower shoes in the room

I liked nothing it was a terrible experience sleeping on the job stafff filthy room and floor slamming doors and yelling by staff and all around worst experience ever in all my travel

The bathroom very small , floor get wet from the face basin , if I was a plus side I wouldn’t fit in shower .Breakfast options are terrible. The front desk staff and room service crew are very kind and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel, visiting my son’s graduation at Boot Camp. if I’m ever in town again, I would definitely be coming back.

Our room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly.

Front of house staff- can’t say enough about how efficient and friendly the young lady who checked us in was. Room was clean but small, though we didn’t need any more room than there was. The bed was really comfortable. Bedding was clean and like the higher end hotels we normally stay in. We didn’t eat breakfast but I smelled waffles. We came in for the firefly viewing event at Congaree National Park. We would stay again. Lots of retail and restaurants around as well.

Good for us, easy access to downtown & easy access to Congaree National Park

It was shown as a king smoking my husband paid extra but no smoking allowed in building. Rooms were poorly cleaned toilet and air conditioner vent. I work up to an asthma attack.

It was a great stay! Bed was comfy and loved the sevenbrew close by!

Hotel is not bad for the price . My shower had rotten wood at the bottom trim level or needed painting.

The only thing that was disappointing was the water pressure. The shower water pressure was horrible. I never felt like I could get clean and get the soap off my skin.

Me gusto mucho el área en donde esta localizado el hotel porque es callado y fue un buen descanso sin ruido de los carros, el personal de la recepción fueron muy amables, muy limpio. A solo unos minutos de Fort Jackson Field.
