Dirty

Are stay was very good. All the people working there were wonderful, especially the manager Sal. They cared about serving you well and were friendly. Our room was well supplied, and clean. Breakfast was simple but well stocked with choices. We would happily stay there again when going to the Cincy Open Tennis.

Very dirty. Mold in air conditioner effecting air quality in room. Mold in shower. Rusted air vent and shower head. Tried to move me to another room which also smelled of mold. Ended up just leaving and going to another hotel.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom had mold and was not clean.

Nice place. Clean. Quiet.

Good place to stay

We had a comfortable one night stay, HVAC worked fine, beds were comfortable, room was clean!

Close to kings island was a plus. Toilet seat was vvvvery loose. And light in room was flickering. Also had a very strong laundry smell in hallway and room

Bathroom was not clean. We found clumps of black hair on the floor, in the sink, the tub, and on the towels.

Nice, convenient location for our trip to Kings Island. Only complaint was one of our beds had a mattress that was sagging in the middle which made the bed hard to share.

Killed bugs in my room every night I was there

Very clean and close to Kings Island. The walls are really thin though, so you can hear the TV and even quiet voices in the room next to you.

Upstairs had a bad odor. Room had an odor and there were small hairs all over the bathroom. The toilet looked like it had been used after cleaning. Gunk was behind the sink faucet.

Shower and bed were good. No cups in the room, so I had to go to front desk to get them. Breakfast offerings were really limited. I was there to visit Kings Island and it was very conveniently located nearby.

Stay was terrible. No refund when we didn’t even stay. There was a huge pee stain on our bedsheets, along with crumbs. Toilet had poop marks still in toilet bowl. Mirror had hand prints all over. Finally light was missing cover.

The room was clean so don’t be scared by the hallway. Know that they have no elevator

No food on premises Vending was empty

We did online check in- got there and still had to show ID and give credit card and everything that I had already done online. Then we were shown our room. It smelled horrible like mold and mildew! The shower curtain stunk. The drains smelled. Every time the AC came on, it smelled like mold. It was awful. I didn’t fall asleep until 3am. The front desk guy was very nice- showed us 2 other rooms but they all smelled equally bad. Will never stay at a Microtel again.
