Great, peaceful stay.

No elevator, had to lug large suitcase up stairs. First room, 3 keys didn’t work. 4th key did work, but when opened, found room already occupied. 2nd room was hard to find. Staff person directed us down hall on wrong side of building. Hallways smelled like stale smoke. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in shower.

To much noise

No elevator was my only complaint! Amazing people working there. Super nice and helpful.

The main issue we had was the key card not working. They would work once then we had to go get them redone. I had spinal surgery in June so I'm still having some mobility issues. We were on the 2nd floor so I had to take the stairs. Being locked out of the hotel and having to walk all the way around to the front to get the key card fixed was a lot. I don't think I'll ever stay at that Microtel again. We have stayed there before and never had any issues. It was disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so if you hv difficulty with steps, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room.

The front desk clerk on check in was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could use a refresh. The hallway carpets and stairs were very dirty and the key card and room lock were temperamental. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.

Very good service, very clean and close to shops and Universities.

It was great stay, good breakfast for the price. we had to stay somewhere on the way to Niagara and this was a very good option for the price.

Clean room and property. Friendly, professional staff. A bit noisy in the room (refrigerator, hall noise, adjoining rooms). NO ELEVATOR TO ROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR.

The property was pretty clean. Rooms were clean. Carpets were stained in the hallways. It was very close to I90 so you had road noise. We could not utilize the breakfast as we needed gluten free options. I would stay again if I needed to

I'm a Wyndham member but never stayed at a Microtel. The Microtel in Victor was very nice. Clean, easy check-in, nice staff, good breakfast options, and the room was efficient so you didn't feel that it was small. Nice window seat, great AC, comfy bed.

Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Keys difficult to open doors.

Property staff provided fresh baked cookies for guests. Hotel was quiet and room was relatively large. Breakfast was decent. Recommend.

The staff was lovely, the room was clean, neat well kept for the building as well. Taken care of, everything was perfect!
