Nice view from top floor! The hotel is nice and in area not very noisy, however it is not very modern.

Loved my stay there. Sylvia angel dorca and the other staff- all were amazing and supportive. I hope I get a good offer next time so I can come and stay at the same place

From the moment you walk into the hotel the hospitality is top tier! The room we we're given had a wonderful view and was perfect for my daughter's first time in New York! The restaurant was also a nice addition which saved us from walking in the rain for a late night bite after a long flight.. We will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent. The room, competitively priced, had amazing views. Chosen for being close to the UN and East River, it was just a short walk from stores and even Grand Central. It was a perfect place to enjoy the holiday. And, not to leave out an important part, the staff was very helpful, and interested in making our stay great.

Clean, comfy, responsive and friendly staff. Great view. Walked to Grand Central in 10 min. Would recommend and stay again myself.

It was a nice stay for a night

For the prices, they skimp on perks. I reserved a king corner room, high floor. There was no drinking water in the room, the air conditioner kept turning off and the shower stopped up. I went to the cafe in the lobby and they wanted to charge over $8 for a bottle of Poland Spring! No way. They no longer offer room service. I could order a drop bag from the cafe but delivery doesn’t start until 11 am. Check out is at 11! Will not stay there again.

Thoughtful Stay, Exceptional Staff – But Urgent Attention Needed to Room Quality We recently returned from what was overall a lovely holiday, thanks in large part to the warm and attentive staff who made every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and, over time, have experienced four different room types across our visits. While each stay has had its memorable moments, it’s become clear that a recurring issue throughout the hotel is the need for consistent upkeep and care in the rooms—some thoughtful TLC would go a long way. Let us start with what truly made this stay special: the staff, and in particular, the manager on duty during our visit—Nicke. From the moment we checked in, Nicke stood out as an exceptional leader and a genuinely caring professional. He made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially in accommodating our needs for space with our infant. We had raised a few concerns, and not only did he take them seriously, but he also made sure they were followed through with respect and urgency. In our opinion—and as frequent travellers—we can confidently say that Nicke is among the best hotel managers we have encountered. If anyone deserves recognition, a promotion, or a bonus for excellence, it’s undoubtedly him. His commitment, kindness, and professionalism set a standard that others in the industry should aspire to. The rest of the staff were also warm, approachable, and attentive.

J’ai été très agréablement surprise par cet hôtel, pourtant les commentaires que j’avais lus avant n’étaient pas glorieux. L’hôtel est très bien placé, la chambre magnifique de 35 m2, la vue incroyable j’avais la vue sur toute la ville. Nous étions au 38eme étage. Chambre très propre , grand lit, salle de bain neuve. Mini frigo, cafetière… Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Taxe de 35 $ par jour qui correspond à la taxe fee qui est utilisable pour consommer dans l’hôtel, du coup nous avons petit déjeuner avec ce forfait. Rien d’étonnant tous les hôtels on la même politique.
