Excellent experience. Nice staffs and service, clean and large room. The location is very convenient to get the subway and store, I can get anything I want within the neighborhood.

Mint House at 70 Pine is like its own little world. i tried it once and came back! Great staff, especially David and Brandon at check-in. Great food choices, great rooftop view of the city, and fab, spacious rooms. I'll be back.

Exceptional guest services. Zaire and Thanary went above board on all levels -- both anticipating our needs (busy weekend festivities) and bringing their expertise and warmth to all interactions.

Usually I never write bad reviews but for this place I have to. While the room was nice itself, there were many hiccups. First, the TV wasn’t working so we couldn’t use Netflix. Second, the bathroom drain was clogged so it filled up. Third and lastly, the LEDs were disconnected from the bed and so were the plugs for the speaker so I had to manually connect them. For my girlfriend’s birthday I expected everything to be perfect but it was mediocre at best. It was a let down for her especially. Choose something else.

Everything was terrific! Would stay there again.

Very cool property with easy access to so many of lower Manhattans best restaurants and attractions. The staff was extremely accomodating. The rooms are actual apartments. Cery cool restaurants and bars.

We stayed as a family of four for a week. Having stayed in a few places in New York before this felt very spacious. Well decorated and furnished. We had one kid in their own bedroom and one on living room sofa bed. Lovely staff who were helpful throughout. Excellent gym, good on site food market, lovely healthy food options at Blue Kitchen and also the downstairs diner was decent. Great location off Wall st and close walk to subway and battery park. Would definitely recommend, but take earplugs, ithe rooms are near street level, so traffic and construction noise and the aircon is loud. Oh, and the 63rd floor adults only bar is lovely, if pricey. Worth it for the view.

Absolutely loved staying at mint house. Great location and fantastic spacious one bedroom apartment with everything we needed. The gym was a bonus too.

The only problem was the fire alarm went off, firefighters came and left but no staff came out to talk to us or to tell the guest it’s safe to come back in. The staff sent 2 guys up with no badges and /or no phone call from staff that they were sending them up to do internet work in my room (although the room had internet), the lack of communication is a problem, of course they didn’t get in and I had a conversation with the staff. I must say the rooms are spacious and the website pictures are truly accurate. Easy walk to the piers, dining, local shops and stores and the exchange and 911 memorial.

This is an amazing value in Manhattan. Large rooms with microwaves fridges record players. Michelin star restaurant and rooftop patio in building. One block to Subway. 1000% recommend.
