設計很獨特和舒適的酒店，要改善的是付了服務費後，到 check out 後才收到電郵收據，有點不放心。

The hotel is a fantastic choice if you want to find a reasonably priced place to stay in NYC. Great room, spacious and overall clean rooms and FANTASTIC people and employees at the front desk. Very helpful and welcoming when they heard our request. The only bummer was that there appeared to be a pigeon that kept making noises outside of the window during the morning - which woke us up. Everything aside from that was great.

Really nice boutique hotel in the heart of Manhattan! Stayed 2 nights for work. Walked Central Park, enjoyed the local pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for a New York City experience, this hotel is safe, clear, fun, and an excellent value.

Over all love it

Our first welcome was by unfriendly front seat. She response in a rude way to every question. The room was nice besides a very noisy Air condition. I already complain about it as same day we arrived and they said they will check it. Nothing done and I got up in the morning with terrible headache. I asked to change a room and they did… but with the same room in a different floor but same noisy air condition. They made me think that I am the sensitive to noise and the air conditioning is okay. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many reviews mentioned it. I wish I had the time to check the hotel before. Also, the hotel mentions that they have a breakfast… well, don’t built on it… it’s more as a coffee room, which is nice to have 24/7. I will end my review with a good thing: if you like a fun shower.. the hot water, soup and the water’s flow are great. 3 stars out of 5.

I enjoyed Moderne Hotel despite the construction zone around the building during our stay. The location was great, the staff was kind and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. Things we had trouble with were not the fault of the hotel but since the parking garage was discounted through Moderne and is right next door I should warn future visitors that the parking garage attendant when we arrived was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was a different guy when we left and he was much better to deal with.

Excellent staff! Andy was very helpful. Nice comfortable beds, spotless room, ice cold air condition and mini fridge provided in room. Close to many dining options, shopping and sites. Highly recommend this very nice hotel.

Breakfast is continental/basic ( some days only muffins) other days yogurt , muffins, juices, apples. Coffee and tea availabe 24/7 in the guest launch. We had the room on 6th floor with windows on 55th . The room was spacious for 3 people for 3 nights.

Notre voyage dans cet hôtel n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentent : -Bruyant tôt le matin avec des travaux autour et au dessus de l’hôtel -Chambre sans vue ou plutôt avec vue sur un mur -Climatisation ancienne et très bruyante -Moquette et mur de douche moyennement propre -Il est noté petit déjeuner inclus mais c’est faux tout juste un café et si vous êtes de bonne heure un peu de brioche Par contre : -L’hôtel est bien situé entre central Park et Time square - Le personnel est très sympathique, a l’écoute et réactif Mais quand même beaucoup de point négatifs pour le prix C’est un 2 étoiles en l’état, pas plus .

Front desk and door staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Bottled water at check in was great on a particularly hot day. Hotel description noted coffee and pastries in the morning for breakfast. Both days we arrived for breakfast at 9am and 8 am respectively, no pastries only limited cereal selection. Coffee was available but not very good. Room and bathroom stylishly decorated and clean. In room safe a plus. No central air but window AC unit was sufficient given the small from. Bed extremely low quality and hard. For the price and location would consider staying again but with many other options, the lack of breakfast and hard bed would make a repeat stay a difficult decision.

Room , beds , location is excellent. However do not get fooled by “breakfast” . They server only continental breakfast but that is nothing but coffee. The receptionist did not even bother to answer us properly for pastries and fruits which was not there for breakfast . If you are considering to have breakfast , then moderne is not for you. Without breakfast this is a good option

Good location and price.

We asked for early check in, but were told that it was not possible. TV was very difficult to use, not like any system I have ever used before - not helpful. Hotel states that stay includes breakfast. Breakfast was a choice of 4 or 5 cereals and some scones. Coffee not the best - very disappointing since featured as "breakfast included".

Very nice size room for the price. Cool rooms with adjustable temps on what was a very hot 2 day visit to the city. The staff was great and extremely helpful. Everything either met or exceeded expectations besides the breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast is listed as included here, but it's limited to only coffee, tea, etc and a pastry and /or small togo cereal bowl. All in all a great experience though!

I enjoyed staying but we got a very small room without a window. We asked for an upgrade to have a view...non available. 2nd floor launge was very nice. Coffee matchine was nice too

Great location. Parking next door was awesome. We were very pleased with our stay.

O quanto é muito apertado, o banheiro mal tem onde apoiar os itens de higiene pessoal o "dito" café da manhã nada mais é que um muffin e café puro e, o pior, o ar-condicionado e daqueles antigos, com botões de girar é faz o mesmo barulho de uma geladeira velha... só se dorme de cansaço com tanto barulho alto dentro do quarto. Não recomendo. O único ponto positivo é uma boa localização, mas não vale a pena na minha opinião.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are comfortable, view was of brick alley, not picturesque.
