This hotel is beautiful, peaceful

great location to restaurants and beach

Classic and historic hotel on an amazing street walkable to food, stores and beach

Overall in a nice area . Alittle noisy due to the construction but room is decent

Charming hotel in a great location that is showing its age. Staff was great, but at some point, you have to update the bathrooms etc at this price. Room was comfortable but dark and dowdy.

Rooms are very old. Desperately need to be renovated

Snarky check in. No smile. No welcoming greeting.. Pro forma . Bored. Done this a million times. Glaring due to the contrast to the enthusiastic reception we’d experienced the day before at another hotel. As an older couple with obviously heavy luggage we were surprised that hotel receptionist suggested we could take the elevator OR the stairs, a very steep set of stairs. Room decor was tired, door to the drink cabinet fell off when we opened it. Exceedingly small bathroom. In stark contrast the valet was extremely enthusiastic and accommodating.Isn’t this all upside down?

Lovely stay. Staff is super helpful and kind.

When I made my reservation I received an email that the elevator was broken and out of use. I called and was told it was to be fixed before we arrived. When we arrived it was not Andy our room was in the third floor. When we told the hotel clerk on duty we couldn’t walk up 3 floors she wanted to upgrade us for a fee and we objected and let her know what we were told the elevator would have been fixed upon check in so she agreed to give us a room on the first floor without an addl charge w/o an upgrade finally.

The Mountain View room was quaint but it was so loud with the downstairs bar and the next door ladies going in and out of the room. It needs a major update.

Love all the walkable restaurants and places and safe area.

Limited rooms with a view

Love the Inn. I just wish there was a way to get food or a drink past 9 pm. (Maybe you could sell bottles of wine at the front desk?)

Some of the walls are paper thin and voices travel easily from adjacent rooms.

It's a older property and room and bathroom are very small.
