I found this hotel to be perfect for my
4-day stay. It is located on a street of car repair shops. So not the type place you stroll around. The main street is about 4-5 blocks up through a older neighborhood.
The inside of the hotel seems to fully refurb. The elevator looks really nice and worked well my whole stay. The $60 cash deposit was a slight inconvenience, but they have ATM in the lobby ($3.00 fee) if you don't have it. But the room rates for the hotel were so low still. My room on the top floor (3rd) was small, clean and comfortable, just what I was looking for. Wifi was pretty good and stable. My room faced the street which was great for sunlight, but a bit of noise b4 too late. The batroom fixtures appeared new and very nice. The queen bed fit fine with room to walk on either side. Surprisingly, the mini frig was very helpful. The microwave and icemaker are in the 1st floor lobby.
My suggestion would be to add dimmers to the 3 ceiling lights, put a shelf or two and some hooks to hang thing, I had to use the shower curtain rod to hang clothes and leave everthing in my suitcase.
