The price said one thing and the said something different I paid the price with Expedia and was charged extra money I was not told that I had to pay different money at first it was 50 when I took out money to pay it went up 5 dollars n I was told I wouldn't get it back scam very dishonest

Staff extremely rude and dirty

I think for the price it was okay, the only thing I didn't like was the WiFi, it was very bad, and there was no table in my room like they said in the advertisement, after that everything was good.

Clean and the view was nice.

Room was filthy, the mattress is extremely uncomfortable , way too expensive ,Room is too small no internet is working overall the worst experience for the money

Two upsides: the towels were clean and interior AC unit blew directly on the bed Otherwise: 1. The bed had a horrible divot in it and was not comfortable at all. Rolled straight into the divot with no hope of getting out. 2. The seal on the mini fridge door was busted, so that didn't work. 3. The head of the bed (sans a headboard) was up against the wall, under a window, so when the sun came up, the light was right in my eyes. 4. I could clearly hear everything going on the hallway and down on the street with lots of street noise late into the night. 5. No hairdryer. 6. No ice. 7. Walls of the hotel room were all banged up and they obviously didn't care about the appearance of the room.

I will stay again.

The guy at reception "sorry i didnt get ur name", but he was amazingly accommodating friendly and very helpful.......p.s. the one with the really nice long hair The rooms were exceptionally clean and the 24 hour service at the from.....niceee

The manager at the hotel was extremely rude. He insulted me, shouted at me, and treated me very badly. The place was also very dirty, extremely filthy, with loud disturbing noises, including sexual noises and screaming. On top of that, there were insects and a terrible level of disturbance overall. There was a strong smell of smoke and marijuana throughout the hotel — in every hallway, on every floor, and even in the rooms. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to breathe. They claim that the hotel is a non-smoking place, but in reality, people were smoking everywhere. On top of that, the hotel is very expensive. Expensive for what? For this terrible condition? It’s unbelievable. This place is not even suitable for anyone to live in. God is my witness.
