The bathroom door in our room did not latch, there were limited pillows, when I asked for extra towels I was told they did not have any, there was a semi parked in an entire row of parking spots one evening making parking difficult.

It was the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. Every surface including floor, chairs, and switches were sticky/dirty. And a cleaner smell that was horrible. The front desk said all rooms smell like that because they use the same cleaner in all. After 2.5 hours we were able to switch to a clean and smell free room. They did allow us to switch rooms, so I didn't rate a 1 star. That and staff was great.

Stayed here for weeks and they cleaned my room only ONE time. The shower was only warm half the time which I hated because no one wants to take a freezing cold shower. Staff was kind of annoying. However, it's in a great location being across from a Walmart and next to a few restaurants. I didn't witness any sketchy activity besides some dudes yelling at me checking me out smh. Once inside the room, it's pretty quiet. Amenities are so-so. It works fine if you're on a budget like I was. The cold showers is why I wouldn't stay here again though.

Hotel itself is typical Motel 6. Fairly clean and a little run down. Not bad for a cheap place to lay your head while traveling. The checkin person was as rude as ive ever seen though.

Good location. Felt safe. Nice staff. Wal-Mart and restaurants nearby.

The beds were terrible here with springs sticking out of the frame and made horrible noises all night long every time I tossed and turned. I thought it was odd that there was no shampoo or soaps, even though I didnt need it , cheap hotels offer that. There was only 2 really flat pillows per bed, and when I asked for more we were given blankets and told no pillows. the room was clean, but I didn't care because the whole family woke up miseable from no sleep.

Staff was great and made our stay very enjoyable. Beds were very good and comfy to sleep on. Bathroom fixtures worked great. Those two things are what make a stay for me a good time. Amenities such as kleenix, shampoo, breakfast were lacking, but not biggies in my book. Maid service needs improvement in making up the beds and replacing towels more frequently. Thanks! cmz :-)

Horrible experience

Absolutely terrible customer service - our flights were delayed and when we finally arrived, Motel 6 had given away our (prepaid!) room.

Very clean property with friendly staff. I felt safe during my entire trip. I would come again.

Check in ok. Noisy neighborhood. It was ok for a place to sleep. Beds ok, but not too comfortable.

Waited 30 minutes in line to check in. While checking in, a few unsavory people tried checking and they were told the hotel was sold out. Got into my room and found hair all over the floors, the walls, and in the bathtub, but since I had heard the hotel was sold out, had to stick with it. Found gross dirt and grim behind the mattress when I dropped my phone as well as a bottle cap from who knows how long ago. (Happy to send pictures) The towels were stained and smelled as if they were not cleaned. I don't think the room itself was cleaned prior to my arrival. There were people lurking in the parking lot asking for money to pay for their room. At 7am there was stomping outside of my room and screaming. I found out later that the employee that told the unsavory people that the hotel was sold out, only told them that because she didn't want them to stay there. So I could have had a different room. Staff seemed over it.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, exterior stairs feel like they’re gonna fall apart.

Toilet would not flush, chain fell off inside the tank. Fixed it myself. Light in bathroom took a couple of hours to turn on all the way. Room door had about a 2 inch gap. Small tv. 2 controls. Had to figure out to change input to be able to watch anything.

Hotel was fine for the price. The toilet leaked and the door did not latch well.
