Great place for it's price. Easy to reach centre. Be aware of bears near hotel though.

Not bad especially for the price. The area is not a great area but the room was clean. The a/c was not great. The front office was stingy with towels as we had 4 people in the room and they only wanted to give us two towels a day and when we asked for more they acted like it was such a hassle. The pool was on too.

The hotel is off the Main Street but the trolley actually stop right in front of the office, rooms are clean ours looks like it had recently been remodeled, I wish I had gotten her name but the front desk person was the perfect example of what CS should be, she has a beautiful smile and addressed each concern I might have had. The only problem we had was that we lost hot water the day after we arrived, we were offered another room or the access to an empty room to take our showers( that was our choice). Overall great experience, especially for the price 😊😊😊😊

Staff all were friendly. I liked that they come in and clean up every day with fresh towels. You can see the bears in the river below. Will be back!

Property under construction. The room.was clean, had no bad smells Bed was comfortable Shower was great.TV , AC and lighting were good. The dog walk area was dangerous, dirty and unsafe. Bear running 50 ft from me in the parking lot.

Great stay, but people were hanging on walkways smoking weed. Not a prude or Karen but was with our child. Saw a bear by the dumpster, that was pretty cool. Parking is tight. Area around the motel is ran down but you can tell there is work going in to the area to revitalize. Room was nice and clean. It’s a MOTEL 6 not a ritz Carlton. Exactly what we needed for no longer than we spent in the room over a few days. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

The area in which the motel is located is very convenient so if you plan on not being in your room for literally anything other than sleeping... It's a good choice. But if you like to watch TV, go to the bathroom, have a cold beverage or call the front desk, you night want to pick a different place to stay. Only 1 channel came in (Oxygen channel, husband wasn't impressed). The others just skipped in and out and said 'no signal'. The toilet wouldn't flush anything more than toilet paper, if you know what I mean. We had to get a plunger from the office and it stayed in our room because we had to plunge every time someone used the toilet. The phone didn't work properly. The refrigerator didn't get cold no matter what setting we put it on. Only 3 towels and 2 wash clothes provided for 3 adults for a 3 day stay. No courtesy bar soap or shampoo.... Nothing to wash your hands with at all.... lucky I brought my own... Make sure you do the same. The property needs to be updated and cleaned up. You park right next to the maintenances shed and dumpsters. Old broken appliances out in the open on the ground around the shed. The view behind the motel is nice. There's a little steam out back. They only reason I'd book again is because our dog stays free. That's the only reason. I'm sure there's much better accommodations for the same money or less.

Stay here always the first night in gaitlinburg and then get my cabin. They remodeled and it’s really looking nice! Love that this hotel always pets to stay and it’s close to the dog hiking trail on the gaitlinburg trail.
