The service was not to be desired. I have stayed here several times before, this time around was different. The young woman that checked me in was not at all friendly. I felt like I was intruding on her personal time just by checking in. Morning coffee was late each morning. For a coffee drinker; this is unacceptable.

This motel is very clean. Bed was comfortable and it was a great value. I am on a limited budget so the price was right. My husband is in a nursing home in McAlester and whenever I go to visit (it is 3.5 hours from my home), I have to spend the night. I will stay at this motel every time I visit him.

Is says the whole place is none smoking but as soon as you walk in it smells strong like weed and mold mold throughout our room in the drawers on the window seal and it smelled horrendous we had to go to dollar general down the road to get air freshener we will never stay here again.

The room had a terrible musty smell. Day 2 it smelled less. I think it was coming from the ac.There was mold and mildew all in the bathroom. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper that both combined probaly made up half a roll. The mini fridge was frozen over and the plug ins throughout the room all looked burnt. The whole place has a creepy vibe with some kind of garden growing right outback (was visible from room). Next time Im in town Ill pay an extra $10-20 and skip this place. I gave it a 2 because the beds weren't bad and there was plenty of hot water.

For a two bedroom room with four people staying only two bath towels is unexceptionable. Asked the second night for more towels. We were on the second floor I had to come down stairs to get them. Foreign people running the place were rude and could not understand English. I am a us military combat veteran and had better service overseas than what I got at this hotel. Only positive was the price of the stay. Take a look at the photo of the wall in our room. Looks like a paint ball fight occurred in it. Room 201 second floor. Very disappointed

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Our room wasn’t finished being cleaned there were dirty towels in the sink and the second bed wasn’t made. Also only had 1 wash cloth for 3 people and 2 towels.

Cheap and easy to booked. The staff were welcoming but the place needs some improvement. The room was a little dirty, with hair and some stains around areas, and a moldy smell all over the hotel! Overall the experience was below average but you get what you paid for.

Start was good other then asking for first floor and there being plenty of first floor rooms but getting a second floor room

Can’t beat this for the price. Nothing fancy but great value. Room was clean.

Nice affordable hotel. Nice laid back owner at front desk. QT is 24 hours and 1/4 mile away. McDonald's is 24 hours and 1 mile south off of HWY 69.

Mid 1 bed was dirty other one was clean

I’ve stayed in very nice and upgraded Motel 6 hotels before, but this was one of the worst ones. We checked in on a Friday & checked out that same Friday night! Our bed was INFESTED with bed bugs!!! I had to demand a refund, & thankfully I was able to get my money. It needs a lot of work, upgrade and to be cleaned properly. We stayed in room 132, I believe.

Mold in the bathroom, toilet lid broken. Halways smelled musty

The woman at check-in was personable & friendly. I was disappointed only with the morning coffee—they didn’t have lids for the plastic cups & when I asked, they said there were none. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this motel over a coupla others in McAlester, when I’ve had to stay there. This motel has totally changed my perception of a Motel Six!

Mold in the bathroom, long black hair on the toilet and terribly stained sitting chair. Bad smell upon entry into the building for check-in.

It’s great to sleep there

Bathroom had mold, blanket in our non smoke room had cigarette holes, chairs had a chunk missing out if it just looked and felt uncleaned.

There was mold on ceiling of our bathroom. They did not have any shampoo. I requested a ground level room both on line after I made the reservation and by phone call one week before. They put me on second floor.

For the price point, it was a bed and an ac. If you are looking for something better, keep looking. Upon arriving, one of the beds had a blood stain on it. There was a dead roach in the middle of the floor and the entire lobby and room smelled really bad. Thankfully we carry Lysol and Febreeze with us. There was a homeless man who kept walking around the hotel for hours on end. When we went to check out, I asked the desk representative for two trash bags so we could clean our mess. He gave me one so I asked for another, and he gave me an attitude like I was asking for money. Again - if you are looking for something more than just a bed and an AC, keep looking.

Needed a night stay. Was in ok condition. You pay for what you get.
