The best part of this stay was the lady that checked us in , she was laden with arthritis and was still pleasant and professional.

Mandatory $100 security/damage deposit charged to credit card at start of stay that is credited back in 4 to 5 business days. Never encountered that before.

There was no refrigerator, toilet flooded, the water cut off without notice for a couple of hours. And no one wanted to accommodate me for anything.

Filthy scummy deplorable no microwave no trash cans no refrigerator, smoking the dope in the hallway with kids and everything and outside

Attempted to cancel my reservation…. Next to impossible. I will never Ever use Expedia again. You lie!!

Place is a sketchy....I didn't feel safe staying in this hotel.. our room has musty old smell

The property needs updating. Bathroom are in poor condition and hallways along with common areas. The staff are supper nice and accommodating.

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE,BATHOM HAD MOLD, VENT FELL OUT CEILING, DINGY TOWEL, HAD TO GO BUT Y OWN LINEN AN TOWELS. TISSUE HOLDER BROKEN, FLOORS TILES MOVED EVERY STEP YOU TOOK. QUEEN BED JUST A FULL, BURN MARKS ON TOILET SEAT, IRONING BOARD WAS SO DIRTY, HALLS SMELT OF ANIMAL FECES.. ALONG WITH CIGARETTE SMOKE. PEOPLE CUSSING AND FIGHTING ALL NIGHT. ABOSOLUTLY DIVISTATING.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! MY HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THIS CITY WAS JUST HORRILE. DUE TO NOT KNOWING THE AREA, AND IT WAS CLOSE TO AIRPORT. I EXPECTED MUCH BETTER FROM EXPEDIA'S EXPECTATONS, THIS HOTEL MEETS NO ONES STANDARDS, LET ALONE WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN THERES, I WILL BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH LARGER CHAINS NEXT TIME, I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, THEY SHOULD GIVE ME A FULL REFUND, FOR WHAT I HAD TO EXPERIENCE.

The clean sheets and reasonably comfortable bed was the only thing that kept us from walking out. This is a budget hotel I don't expect much. I'm okay with scratch and worn-out furniture, etc, but the bathroom was atrociously dirty - mold around the tub caulking, hard water film and stains. I don't think it had been cleaned in months. My wife refused to shower...i stood on a towel. Again, I like budget hotel at times, don't care the furniture is old and outdated...but clean the room!! Phew, I've stayed in some sketchy hotels throughout Central America, but wow Motel 6! Positive notes: the water was nice and hot, the door locked, and the AC blew cold and not too noisy. Oh...don't touch the TV remote, gross.

For the first 2 days and nights I didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator.
