Asked for a ground floor room, away from street noise and we got it! This is a superior property, with good customer service. We'll stay here rather than properties further down the 5.
We've stopped staying at several Motel 6 properties (Carlsbad, Button Willow, Oceanside) because of bad treatment and maintenance issues. I always call to confirm a ground floor room, for we senior citizens, and when one of us gets there, they haven't honored the written or verbal request. Or their promise! And I get lies and inconsisten stories from staff. But, we'll book into this property again. Please take a lesson from the managers of this property and teach it to others.

High noise area adjacent to I-5 Hwy. Probably depends on room location. Bring earplugs and eyeshade => then you're OK. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

This was the worst place to stay I have ever experienced! The desk manager was very rude and disrespectful, also rooms reserved were not available and I had reserved a room a week in advance!! So many people rely upon reviews and all I have to say is Be Aware and stay away from this place find some place else more clean and safe. This place is not safe for your family and unsanitary!!

Just a run down and dirty facility. Hair in the shower, and clearly not wiped up spills on the countertops. Spare yourself the experience and pay the extra $20 for a nicer place.
