Needs major league work

The lights didn't work, lightbulbs were missing, the toilet was nonstop running, the room felt damp, there were people outside in random places or on the balcony smoking and watching me as I unloaded my things and walked my dog. My dog gets up a lot at night when we travel and I could not imagine feeling safe walking her there at 3 AM. I paid $94 to stay there less than 1 hour.

The housekeeping staff is accomidating as qell as the higher authority with the housekeeping. Maintenence is very helpful, plesant, friendly but overall that gentleman gets the job done!

The facility is in disrepair. I had to change rooms as the first room walls and were wet and there appeared to be mold on the walls. Also, the A/C unit was dirty and not working properly. Some light fixtures in both rooms were not working. The security latches on the doors of both rooms were barely held on by loose screws attached to the damaged doors. The place, especially the pool area, smelled funny. TV reception was poor and would freeze constantly.

Place was filthy. Please take it off your advise list roach on the floor in the bathroom hair on the floor in the bathroom. Mold in the sink soap scum on the bathroom. Toilet seat hasn't been replaced in 10 years. Might be clean but all cracked and chipped looks horrible. Filthy floors were not mopped only thing looks clean. Is the bed receptacles broke? Terrible facility bugs in the drawers. Have photos. Don't know how to submit

Very hospitable

It was everything I could do to get housekeeping, let alone towels and needed essentials for the stay here. They have a bar, but it does not serve food. They only offer free coffee. There are no microwaves. this hotel served its purpose, but I would not stay here again.

Obvious fighting in room next to us. Two days of constant screaming, fighting and slamming doors with no one resolving the issue. Usual noise of this hotel is manageable but this issue was not resolved in any timely manner.

Reserved two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned.

All staff should be on same page and usually a welcoming check in process but definitely not this morning. Very rude and unprofessional staff member running front desk this specific morning

HAPPY 4th Of July

I was very disappointed with this motel because they never came in the room once to change the towels and sheets to my house to wash them and take them back to the motel so she had clean towels and sheets.

Staff is very accommodating but definitely need more security especially on weekends. Too many issues on property that seem not to be dealt with or acknowledged.

Housekeepers Tonya and Mona keep the rooms clean and very accommodating to customers. Does get loud on the weekends because of the bar but it's to be expected. Actually one of the better places around this location for the price and no extra deposit

I had a wonderful time my room I was in was cleaned great when I checked in room 120 the service was great

Like convince off interstate Did not like feeling unsafe, dirty rooms,no room service no xtra towels , you have to pay fir xtra toliet paper.. WHAT HOTEL DOES THAT????? THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AND A NEW HOTEL ALL TOGETHER!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I had to stay over because of work and all i had was cash on me .. i asked the bkack kid at desk if i coukd run to the bank (did not know it was 35 mins away) and he acted like it was a major issue kinda like he owned the nasty establishment. $100 a night room not worth a penny in my book. They need to condem that hotel because nothing but trouble there. Police actually drive thru periodically.. And Zombies walking around all day and all night.. sitting on stairwell smoking drugs ,urinating on walls, breaking into rooms.. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!
