Moxy Nashville Downtown

I selected this hotel because we could walk to everything on Broadway Street in Nashville

Location and staff was great

Our stay for the most part was excellent. The staff was night and the hotel was beautiful. So close to Broadway. My one complaint was the valet. I understand things can get busy but on the last day we had to wait 45 minutes to get our car to get to the airport. I texted 20 minutes before we needed the car. Then we gave our ticket to an attendant who took the ticket. Half an hour later we saw him walking by on his phone. We had to grab someone else to get our car. He walked us to where they parked our car. No apology. I understand waiting 20 minutes but 45? Please fix this for future guests.

Cool vibe great location

I have wanted to stay here for years and finally did and it did not disappoint!! Super cute hotel. GREAT location! Staff was great!! We were given a room I didn't book so I went straight back down to tell them and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with no problem! Live music was great and the rooftop bar! Zero complaints at all!!

Location, location, location!

Clean rooms and pretty quiet considering it’s right behind a bar. Check in was a little confusing but overall great location and nice place to stay!

Super convenient would absolutely stay here again. Moxy does a great job at providing sound absorption to windows to try and prevent most of the noise from keeping guests up at night!

I liked the convenience of it's location steps away from all the Honky Tonks! The room I had was a window-less room. It was very small. We had an issue with the water...no cold water. We were offered another room. It was slightly bigger but didn't have an ironing room on that floor. I would definitely ask for a room that has an ironing room on that particular floor!

This was our first time staying at the Moxie. It was recommended to us by friends. We were very pleased with our stay and we will be back.

Close to everything

The room was spacious and for the location we didnt hear too much noise when we were in bed. Staff at the bar/desk werent very helpful and kept asking us to hunt down the cleaning crew. We kept missing them when we were coming and going, so that was frustrating. We were charged 500 (100/day) for incidentals upon check in (so FYI) and were told we would get it back if we didnt wreck or use anything ... use what??? Towels and toilet paper?? LOL When we booked that wasnt mentioned on expedia. We werent even charged that for staying in a nicer place at the strip in Vegas. So a heads up to those who like to budget plan accordingly. Valet was a mess too. We arrived to the Moxy on thursday night (930pm ish)and checked out the monday. We took our rental back to the airport sat (sat am was the last time we used valet to bring us the car) as we didnt need it anymore. We told valet and the front desk we are takinf thr car back sat and would not be using the valet the rest of our stay. Valet says no problem its all billed through the front desk so let them know. We told them before we headed to take the car back. Front desk said no problem. We check out monday and get charged for valet the full stay. When we phoned on our way to the airport the front desk said we have to confirm with valet. We havent heard anything back??? Do you want us to show you the receipt from the rental place at the airport that it was returned sat?? As well as our uber receipts for sat/sun/monday?? So heads up

Great place!

This is a very different kind of hotel! It was somewhat of a learning curve but we figured it out. The location in the middle of the party area was great in that you step out the door into the party. It was not great for that same reason as the party lasted til 3am and it was loud even with earplugs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
