Malaurie and Manny were absolutely amazing during my stay. They went above and beyond to help me coordinate my reservation between Experian and Bookings.com, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out. The level of guest service and support they provided cannot be captured fully in just a few words—there truly isn’t enough space to describe how outstanding they were. Great location. Hotel was wonderful. The bars and food were great. Coffee shop was delicious. Only wish the bars served food past 11 PM.

NO chair, no closet, no iron or ironing board, no access for guests to the rooftop bar(get in line outside), sink in room,no light over the floor numbers in elevator. Most expensive room we've stayed in. ,and the worst. Definitely not a choice for older guests.

We were a couple and stayed fo 10 nights, got a room with a beautiful view to the Empire State Building, hotel is very well designed and staff as friendly and helpful.
Like any other accommodation in NYC - rooms are small but are designed well and are functional (could use a bit more storage space)

Es un hotel lindo, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero las vistas de la ciudad son muy lindas. Las habitaciones bloquean el ruido exterior y duermes muy tranquila con una bella vista a la ciudad. Todo el staff de recepción fue muy atento y amable. Me quedé 5 noches y todos los días nos dieron room service.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind allerdings viel zu schmal für 2 Personen (ca 130cm)
Die Rooftopbar hat leider nicht täglich. Zudem war sie während unseren Aufenthaltes auch noch für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft reserviert. Wenn man es dann doch dort hin schafft hat man einen überragenden Blick über New York. Leider durfte aber unser Sohn (15 Jahre) nicht mit.
Am Morgen gibt’s es im Café nebenan kostenlosen Filterkaffee.
