It’s accessible to get to where ever you want in the city made for a fantastic weekend of fun. The service was impeccable and when ever we asked for something it was promptly responded to. The AC was always working which was a blissful retreat from the muggy heat of the city. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, very convenient location, 24hr food and subway stop extremely close to hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and they let me into the room free of charge. The staff is very kind. Housekeeping is provided daily. The room is basic but just what's needed for a trip to New York. It's close to the subway. I really liked it.

Hotel was pretty good: good location for the price, food options, close to subway. But it took forever for the water to warm up in the shower and we couldn’t figure out how to change AC settings so we had to unplug it, it was too cold in the room

Hotel muito velho com carpete por toda parte. Os quartos cheiram a cigarro e urina. Dizeram que haviam quartos renovados. Pedi para trocar e me cobraram uma taxa extra. Mas o quarto reformado era apenas com papel de parede novo. O resto, o mesmo mau cheiro e sujeira. No chuveiro sai agua em contas gotas. A localização é pessima sob a otica da segurança.

Decent hotel for a good price. The room I stayed in had very outdated carpet with a slightly unpleasant smell. No mini fridge, so we used a cooler to keep our drinks cold. Charged $20 a day for facility fee.

It's nothing like the photos. It smells musty. The carpets are old. The bathroom is rusty. I'm extremely disappointed. They take advantage of your needs and deceive you with the photos they show. Everything is very outdated and dated. I give it zero stars. I don't recommend it.
