Choosing this Caesars hotel for the first time was disappointing. It took a long time to check in. It said that it was four o’clock to check in, but it said that there was no room until six o’clock. Anyway, it left a very bad impression on me. My husband and I won't choose Caesars Hotel anymore!

The entrance on the lobby was not that obvious. It is a bit hard to find it for the first time. Everything inside the room was great except that when we were trying to take a shower, the hot water was NOT HOT at all. We called in the engineer to fix it. Afterward, the hot water temperature was slightly higher but not up to my standard yet.

凱薩宮殿諾布飯店大廳位在熱鬧的凱薩賭場之中, 不太起眼, 算是小型的旅館, 入口處也非常非常小, 在人來人往穿梭於賭場人群中令人感到奇怪, 為何會有此的飯店位置. 在入住的安排上有一缺點, 就是未能準時於3:00入住, 我們等到約5:00才進入打掃後的房間. 但是房間的舒適度極佳, 一進入就給予我們一種驚喜的讚嘆, 優雅,自然風又兼具日本崇尚精緻細膩的格局讓人喜悅, 欣賞設計師的獨到創意風格

Bed & pillows were super comfy. Lack of good fridge for medication was an issue. Also no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. Just a pod machine with nothing to use with it?? No cups, etc

The room had some maintenance issues such as lamps flickering, the armoire light was out and the a/c thermostat did not work.

The property was beautiful and immaculate. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The food was outstanding at the restaurant. Location is convenient to most major strip attractions. I requested a strip view and it was outstanding. My only minor complaint was the 5-5:30 wake up the first two mornings. Seems construction begins bright and early on the project in front of the hotel. But it really was an amazing stay. We will be back.
