Property is on the beach!! Great family vacation!

We love the pools, the activities they do every day, makes it very fun for the whole family, however I'm disappointed the fact that I paid for a ocean view room and only got a partial ocean room, plus there was not hair conditioner and they only provide 2 small one time use little shampoo bottles, for a 2 night stay, and a group of 7! Very unpleasant to have to ask front desk about it and the blond lady working at FD was not really helpful or nice. To add to the experience the only let park 1 car in the premises, the other car had to go park it across the road and had to pay a total of $70 for 2 nights stay, I wish you would have give a heads up that you cannot fit enough cars, or that we're only allow 1 car per reservation, which still I find very inconvenient, and the extra expense without a heads up, after paying so much for this visit!

Love the view!! Many activities all day every day n fireworks on the pier every Saturday in the summer!!

This is awesome property that has kitchen and spacious. We are family of 4 and had a room and living space combined with kitchen. We loved our stay. Beach access was lovely. Lazy river and several swimming pools ( indoor outdoor) were good. The resort hosted several events for kids (accessory making, ice cream afternoon) which we loved. Only downside was the elevator becomes longer delay when it’s raining because many people want to come in the building. We figured the stairs are easier. We will definitely come back here again.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the amenities, we will definitely recommend and will come back.

A very good place to stay, right on the beach, with lots of pools and activities going on.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Security was awesome. They text us to let us know they re-opened the pool after a storm. They text daily activities scheduled. Within walking distance to the shops.

Loved this resort and room. We had a great time room was clean spacious and comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property!

The property itself was great. But the room needs major updates. The restroom was really small & I hated how close the toilet was to the shower / bathtub. If it wasn’t for the amenities the hotel would suck.

Updates needed to condo. Couch was broken

Suite could use some updating, furniture is outdated and dirty, cabinet door was loose, dishwasher didn’t work. Water pressure is terrible. The outdoor pools were great just not enough chairs because people leave their belongings on them while they go to the beach or back to their rooms. The sales pitch you have to listen to in order to get your wrist band is ridiculous but other than that it’s a decent place.

I come here every year I love it!!

Convenience of booking was easy- needed to pre-extend our trip by 2 days and was able to book same hotel so the transfer from 1 bedroom to condo was a breeze. Was able to catch Uber to grocery store and it was close by the convention center for the graduation we were attending.

From the room to amenities, this place was great for our family of 5 + 1 extra. Lazy River was a staple of our relaxing time. We had everything we needed to rest and relax between events. Definitely will be looking forward to staying here again.
