Aside from the check in area, the motel was very run down. Much to our dissappointment, the pool was closed, though it looked fine under the tarp and there was no evidence of work being done on it so I wonder if they just didn't want to maintain it. After all, the place is for sale and had the vibe that no one cared. As it turns out, the same person owns the motel we stayed in in Forks- it was easy to discern as it had the same awful color scheme, lighting, bad fitting linens and furniture. Our towels never dried even though they were hung from the hangers in the sink area!
Without the pool, there was no where you could sit outside as there are no balconies or areas on the property where you could "relax" other than in the dark, outdated and grungy room. The first room we were assigned (and thankfully moved from) was at the foot of the stairs with absolutely no privacy with the curtains open-it should not be a guest room-unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! I am surprised Expedia allows this establishment to be one of their options!
