Omni 阿米莉亚岛度假村及水疗中心

We absolutely loved our stay this weekend at the Omni. The staff were great and the grounds were outstanding. Our only hitch was our shower was broken. The handle was broken and water would not flow. We did not notice until after 10, and it took several minutes for someone to answer the phone; we had to call from an external cell to reach someone. Still, they sent engineering and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Some of those things are unavoidable. Regardless, our issue was resolved. We plan on returning!

Wonderful place for families and couples. The only complaints I have were several of the restaurants were under construction but they accommodated fairly well. I wasn’t informed of the 40.00$ a day hotel charge for towels/bottled water. Maybe it was in the fine print but regardless seems high.

Amazing property that has been well-maintained for decades. Bad weather while we were there, but found activities indoors, including in-door pool and hot tub. Massage therapists were extraordinary

Beautiful place, buildings are getting tired and need a refresh

Everybody was very friendly. The faucet in our bedroom was broken and wouldn’t go up all the way could definitely use some improvements for maintenance but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Personally, we were disappointed by our stay. We were really excited to spend our anniversary weekend here, but left underwhelmed and felt like we way overspent for what we got. When I booked, I requested a higher level room. We were given room 360 on the 3rd floor. The view wasn’t great, we were right above a construction area (we could hear construction workers at midnight) and looked down onto a less than desirable scene. The room itself was fine. For our second night the staff said they had a higher room available for us, they moved us up to the 6th floor but on the side of the hotel not facing the pool. The room was very old and not in good shape. It also had two double beds instead of just one. The sink drain did not drain and had food left in it, the TV had no service. We were also awoken to banging and yelling at our door by a woman at 11:30pm. My husband called the front desk and spoke to Randall who assured us this was not any of the hotel staff and security would be sent over to investigate. 30 minutes passed and no sign of security outside our door, but Randall was very helpful and apologetic when we reported this. All in all, we were hoping for a nicer stay. The pool area, restaurants and amenities are nice.

Beautiful property with lots of food and drink options. The staff are the nicest most friendliest group of people!

Service was top notch

This is a great resort with beautiful pools and ocean views. The food was delicious and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and quiet. I highly recommend this resort.

Oceanside food was awful, I couldn’t eat it. The staff is new and still in training and learning the property which was clear by the them sending me to the wrong floor and place a few times when I asked where my room was at check-in and other locations on the property. I had to hike back down to the lobby with my toddler and bags in the heat and humidity to find someone who knew where my room was and which set of elevators to use to access it. Beyond the lobby, most of the property is outside walkways between and around buildings… it was so hot and humid, very unpleasant! I was traveling with a toddler and our room was the furthest from the lobby which was a long outdoor walk in the heat and humidity. Never again! Room was dated. Only enjoyed the beachfront and pools.

Great property. Outstanding staff. Many offerings for shopping, food, relaxation, and views.

Amazing!!!

Staff did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. The free tram is a real bonus for families with little kids that want an easy option to dine off-site but near the resort.

All of the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and nice. Only things I would change is maybe a covered walkway from the outside restaurants/bars for when it does rain. Also would have liked a little more heads up on the amount of money they put on hold on your credit card upon check in.

Room location at the hotel was perfect. Ocean view, high floor, close to elevator. Great golf course!
