The service at the front desk is very good, but unfortunately he gave me a problematic room, which caused me to deduct points for this hotel, which made my journey not perfect

The hotel is beautiful. The staff kind and excellent. The bar has that other world masculine charm. And the dinning area is simply lovely. The metro is right around the corner which is very convenient.

Had a minor accident and stuff was very helpful to provide assistance.

Such a lovely old fashioned and elegant hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Our weekend was really relaxing. Close to metro and the zoo. Very fun.

This is an old old hotel is desperate need of a major upgrade. Bathrooms and very small - I no have bruises on my hips from hitting the sink. Carpets and old and dirty. Pool area is dirty and chairs and lounges are old and stained. They advertised bikes but they were all under maintenance- said the spa clerk, with a blank look. You would have to pay me to stay there again.

The staff is unmatched. The dining room exudes the elegance of this fine 1930 hotel. The and immaculate landscape is peaceful and serene. Perfect!

As soon as we went into our room there were a pair of gloves on the floor and one in the bathroom on of the bath towels had a stain in it. Other than that my wife and I loved the stay

The Omni was beautiful. The carpet was old but it didn’t smell. Glorious chandeliers and old school charm. There was so painters tape in my room (117) on the ceiling but if you don’t pay attention to details you could miss it. If you open the windows the view is a parking lot and some sketchy looking building. So just keep the curtain drawn unless you have a better view in the other side of the hotel. The room was HUGE and gave off suite vibes. The staff was friendly and amazing. The courtyard and pool was nice as well. A bit away from Downtown but I wanted to be away from all the excitement. That being said I would stay there again and recommend to others.

I am a regular guest the stay was fine, it was a quiet week with not many guests but there was a LOT of construction noise for repairs inside and outside the building. Alsos the water was shut off for various hours. The evening was quiet. Also I left a set of keys in the room and some personal items I called Loss Prevention several times. No one ever called me back. This happened in 2019 also when my luggage went missing I called and even came to complain in person; nothing was done about it and I received no apology.

Great place to stay and a great location with convenient restaurants across the street. Will definitely be back when visiting DC.

Valet parking only and expensive. Didn’t get to use any perks offered. Wait staff wasn’t attentive and were unapproachable. Tried to get their attention. They never asked how anything was and didn’t give us an opportunity to speak to them until they returned with the check. Literally half the order wasn’t delivered to us. Some guy mingling with guests about a competition between the server’s quality of service. Our order hadn’t arrived yet so had no idea it wouldn’t be right and felt pressured to give the woman a polite review despite her lack of attention. Just really weird. Definitely will not stay there again.
