Most of all great location!! Seconds to shopping/dining and minutes to the beach. The hotel is simple but has everything you need including beach towels and sunscreen. Would stay again!

Loved the location. Loved the coffee shop. Loved the discount at the Outrigger restaurants. Loved the free breakfast. (wish it had been for 2 people)

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic view. We stayed five nights. The beach was and accessible. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping from high end to local vendors. Pool with nice lounge chairs with umbrellas. Great place to relax. We also went to the Cirque de Soleil “Auana” located in the hotel. Wonderful show.

The service was top tier! Everything I needed was at my fingertips! If I needed anything else, it was a very short walk away. The beach was so incredible & a 4 minute walk away! My sons & I loved it all!! If we could’ve stayed a month, we would’ve!

Not as clean as you’d expect, I had stains on the carpet and bench in my room. The staff isn’t hospitable and very dull the cafe does have amazing food

This hotel is in an incredibly convenient location—just a short walk from the beach, even though it’s not directly beachfront. It’s right across from the Royal Hawaiian Center, so you’ll have easy access to plenty of restaurants and shops. There are a couple of minor drawbacks: 1. If you’re traveling with kids, be aware that it can get a bit noisy at night, especially on Fridays when they show movies by the pool. 2. If you’re using valet parking, you might notice an unpleasant smell near the valet area, as it’s close to the trash bins. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was very positive, largely thanks to the unbeatable location.
