Cute place.

The property has a resort-like vibe, but very reasonable prices. Breakfast is very good.

Nice room, great dining, common areas and pool was really nice.

Loved the ambiance. Loved the stay 😁. Loved the pool at night. It was a really good place. Selvins is right next to it so the area itself is decent and shopping is close by.

We enjoyed the pool. We like that right next to the hotel was a restaurant next to it that was very delicious. It just was a overall good experience.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend here. Everything was great.

Awesome pool area and really great vibe generally. Was taken over by a kids (9-11) baseball team for the week / weekend which definitely took away from our enjoyment unfortunately. Too noisy and no respect for other guests

I love this property. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and I just love the layout of the rooms, especially the bathrooms

It’s close to Cal Lutheran and has laundry and gym onsite!! Great for parents visiting their children at college!

Nice garden and pool, relaxing atmosphere, only minor negative point was low shower pressure

We loved are stay staff was great rooms were nice the pool and the grounds were amazing price was great if there were any complaints I would only be able to say the breakfast could have more options like waffles and also some proteins but it was free so can’t expect to much and also the shower pressure was a little on the low side but still got the job down would definitely stay here again thank you

We were charged a $35.00 for a dog fee and then we had to take the dog off the property to use the restroom. We had to open the bathroom door to defog the mirror. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the morning staff was friendly.

I have stayed at this Hotel off and on from the pre remodeling stage, during the Remodeling, and now post remodeling. It’s a beautiful property, the rooms are incredibly nice, spotlessly clean, private, etc. The gardens/ground are beautiful (the cute bunny rabbits popping out at night are adorable). Typically, Properties this nice rarely accept dogs, but for a small nightly charge they welcome our dog:) The nightly rate in my opinion is a perfect match for this caliber Hotel. This was the first time I have stayed since their Restaurant Opened. We had appetizers and drinks at the Bar our first night. The Waitress had a MAJOR attitude. The quality, quantity, and price absolutely does NOT come close to all of the amazingly true things I have mentioned about the Hotel. The Lovely Hotel and Restaurant is a “horrible marriage”. The Restaurant is the only negative thing I can say about the overall stay. Hopefully, the Hotel Management is aware of the Restaurant and make changes to match this amazing Hotel Property.

Perfect ten for dog friendly accommodation. The entire property has stadium style lights that make it easy to see your surroundings when taking the dog out at night or in the early morning. The pet relief area is clean, Odorless, and well maintained with bagging stations nearby. The rooms are a step above standard with amenities you’d expect at the next higher level. Room service and restaurant nails boutique in the SoCal region. I would stay here again because it’s close enough to the action and options for entertainment along the coast.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel near Cal Lutheran University. The staff was friendly. and breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks at the on site restaurant, Selvins. The courtyard and pool were clean and a nice evening atmosphere.
