I like the fact when you go outside you don’t have to take an elevator to go out so if you’re a smoker it’s convenient. Just walk out your room. Breakfast, there was milk, cereal, toast, muffins, coffee (24/7), orange juice and apple juice. Toaster and microwave is accessible 24/7. Everything else is 6am to 10 am then is shut off. Entrance is a Little hard to find at first but nothing hard to figure out. Come with your own cleaning products for the tub and sink and fridge. Because you will want to clean it before using. Catch the maids around 10 am for clean sheets and toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall the stay was okay. Just don’t expect it to be hotel fancy, it’s an inn after all.

Had to look for another hotel, problems with air conditioner, toilet and shower dirty, don't recommend.

I still haven’t received the deposit back and it’s been over a week

First thing first, pool no open all summer. Volleyball area without Sand. Poor quality on towels. Telephone wasn’t working. I tried to extend my reservation for one more night and the person that night said I had to wait until my reservation was over to be extended. Makes no sense.

The fridge was not working. They didnt have the thick blankets. The phone room was jot working, couldnt request a service. The bathroom bathtub was so dirty and the towels have stains. It was disgusting. Not recommend it. And the staff service at the front had a major attitude problem and it took me an hour to get the hotel key.

Didn't feel totally safe but nothing bad happened. The towels were from a past life. Otherwise it served it's pupose. An affordable night stay

Room was filthy, door had clearly been kicked in, it didn't have the safety lock attached, the dead bolt was loose, the door and walls were filthy, the towel had stains on them, drug transations were happening right outside the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS FILTHY AND UNSAFE!!!!!!

Dirty. Bathroom was dirty.sink needed replaced. Floor was bad. Like nobody knows how to run a mop or even a swiffer. Our feet were black from walking in the room. Our lastnight there, we found ants in the bathroom. People live in this motel, smoke pot,hang out on the sidewalks swearing. We had kids with us. Will not be staying there again.

The only thing nice about this place was the girl at the counter. There was mold in both of our rooms and nothing but a sheet on the beds.

We never got to stay there because they refused to let my husband check in even though it was under my name. They were rude. They were nasty and they are liars. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact if I can give them a zero star rating I would

I had called earlier day and told lady Sophiana that we will reach after 11 PM as we were driving from Chicago and she said there is no problem. On the day of check-in when I called Hotel, a lady Tatiana told me my booking will be cancelled if we don;t reach by 11 PM. It was raining, roads were under repair and we had to skip dinner of kids and drive fast to match 11 PM time. Tatiana gave us excuse that booking system doesn't allow to book after 11 PM and it is lie as I have booked in 5 star hotels after midnight too and there is no problem. she was playing with us, family with children

We didn't like anything. Check in personnel were not very helpful and didn't have a very nice attitude. It was an awful experience. The room wasn't very clean. We had to ask for washclothes.

Avoid this property at all costs!!!! The pictures were apparently taken many years ago before the rooms were damaged and stained beyond repair. The tub didn’t drain in the first room we were given and there were holes cut into the walls with the drywall screwed back into place. There appeared to be a large amount of unlawful activity amongst the individuals staying at the property which I informed the front desk of and they shrugged their shoulders as they didn’t care. Apparently it happens all the time. The phones don’t work at the property, and I made them aware of that and the manager told me that the lines were old and none of them worked. I would’ve went somewhere else, but I was exhausted and didn’t feel safe driving to another hotel because I was so tired. Although I didn’t feel safe for the property either, so I used the refrigerator to block the door along with the table and chairs. I still didn’t sleep well and got up at 6 AM to get ready to leave. I’m very shocked that Expedia still has this property on their website. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I just wanted to leave as quickly as I could and forgot.

The room presents itself well. So glad tje floors are conyl plank. Bathrooms are old and the tub, I scrubbed. Would not take a bath. Pricing is super except for the astronomical pet fee per night. $25/pet per night. $100 incidental fee is also charged. Doesnt tale long for return though. Room keys were aajor hassle Every time we left the room and went nacl, our keys did not work and had to return to desk to have them re-keyed Grrr. Clntonental breakfast os nlthing soecial, but is something. Outsode meeda to ne pressire washed and weeded. You definitely can tell the bare minimum was done to draw customers. Beautiful old trees. Lots of green space. Rooms need microwaves.

very disappointed the place was dirty disgusting I reserved non smoking room when we entered room smelled like cigarette rooms are dirty bed was broken told staff he switched us to another room and the same disgusting issue bathroom disgusting no lights worked will never return

The room was in an awful state. The bathroom was unsightly and needs to be renovated or upgraded. The outdoor area was nice but I wish the room reflected the same. There were bugs/ants crawling on the beds as well.
