The experience was quiet bad.
When we first arrived, everything seems good.
To start with, we received a welcome package prior to arrival. The wifi password in the package was wrong.
When we tried to reach out, the owner responded quickly, saying that the wifi pw was shown on fridge.
It was just a small issue.
Later, we found bedding in the washing machine, full load of dishes in dish washer, which was still small issues.
Then, when my husband lift the toilette up, blood was found underneath, obviously left from the previous guest without cleaning.
We received the instructions from the welcome package for taking the bed sheet and tide up the garbage. Tiding up the garbage is common practice for a lot of B&B, but then we realised one of the two shall garbage bins in one of the toilets didn’t come with a bag.
We stayed here for 3 nights. For the first two nights, the hot water is sufficient for 7 of us to shower (6 of us go first in an hour and the 7th person waited for another hour to ensure sufficient hot water). I was impressed. Then, starting from the third day morning, water was warm but no hot hot water. At the same night, 5 of us were forced to shower in 1-min as the water was freezing cold.
I feel sorry for the owner as he didn’t hire a trustworthy team to clean the house properly. Unfortunately, when we tried to reach out for a partial refund for the unfinished cleaning work and hot water issues, no response was provided.
