This is a great little place to stay in Fredericksburg. The location is fantastic - very walkable to Main St and the sights. The lady who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable; the lady at the desk in the morning was friendly but couldn’t recommend any sites or museums which is kind of a requirement if you work at the front desk. Luckily there was an amazing Visitors Center in town and their staff helped us out.

Nice and clean. Pool was not cold and was very comfortable. Hot tub was great to relax in. Breakfast well continental was what it was. Just a snack treat to get us started. Great location to down town area walking distance.

The staff called early in the evening to verify our arrival time as they don't have a 24/7 front desk. They have carports to park in if your vechile fits and cute front sitting areas. The room was more spacious than we expected and the bathroom was vert nice. Plenty of room and the area was very quiet.

Needed a small shelf in the bathroom. In #17 between the sink and the wall to the right would be good. Doesn't have to be big, anything would help with tolietree.

Cutest b&b vibe ever. My boyfriend and I stayed and had so much space, felt like our own little home! It was so nice and the bed was extremely comfy. Super convenient and the 290 wine shuttle picks up right across the street. Will be back!!

I normally stay at Hilton property or Marriott property, the amenities in the kitchenette were slim. Bug in restroom, ceiling fan slow. Ac unit couldn’t go below 70 or it could freeze up.

Basic accomidations. Clean, quiet, nostalgic, affordable. Nice pool and hot tub, grounds well kept.
Room anemities were surely lacking. Small antique tea cups provided for morning coffee. Miss matched and chipped wine glasses. No lighting controls, on / off only, and very bright.
Large room bare of furnishings, no closet nor drawer space for clothing. Living out of your suitecase here.
Expected more, got less.

Everything was wonderful! My room was clean and the pool was very nice! The front desk clerks were both very helpful and kind! I got a complimentary bottle of wine and a room upgrade for it was my birthday! I even a second night because it was so nice and relaxing! It really was magical at The Peachtree Inn! I will definitely be staying there again when i go to fredericksburg! 💛
