Bad: Older and poorly updated rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Wall unit a/c blasting you when it’s on, hot when it’s off.

The Property is located about a block of the historic district. Very walkable to the downtown area. The river walk is also right there. The rooms were very clean but a little dated. I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday with easy check in and out. I did not get fresh towels until Saturday, The beds were never made. Maybe it isn't that kind of place, Breakfast was the same every day except the weekend. The knats were unbelievable
