It had so many amenities and in was in the heart of Philly. Loved it.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. Every question they quickly responded with a smile. Front desk and valet were so helpful and with having children with me, they got us checked in quickly and were so accommodating. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Parking close by and right next to reading terminal market and also right around the corner from a ton of fun late night bars in walking distance.

This hotel is amazing! Centrally located and within walking distance of several restaurants. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only con for me, was that I stayed the weekend that there was a I’ve volleyball tournament. So there was hundreds of kids everywhere which at times delayed the elevators. But overall I had a nice experience.

Nice facility, friendly staff, large room, convenient location, and relatively clean. One thing that I'm surprised at is that I don't have free wifi, as a Marriott member, because I booked the hotel via Hotels.com. Something to be aware of if a free wifi is a must. If you're traveling with small kids, then be aware that there are lots of homeless in the neighborhood.

It's in a great location. Stan is efficient. The elevator was filthy and had a sticky floor. Lisa water pressure in the shower. That wanted to charge $12 a day for WiFi

Love this hotel. Great atmosphere.

Nice location and within walking distance to a lot! Stayed in the headhouse towers and the rooms were large. The bathtub drained slow but overall no complaints and would recommend!

1. Pool was great but water cloudy. 2. Microwave is so small you could not cook a bag of popcorn all the way. On positive experience staff friendly! Helpful! Overall beautiful hotel.

My stay at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown was quite comfortable and pleasant. I arrived earlier than expected and your amazing, smiling staff graciously held my luggage while I stepped out until the room was ready. Dining and meeting space was convenient and the overall environment you provide is one worth seeking out for my next visit to the city.

Terrible check-in, apparantly Mariott Downtown Philly only has one rep on duty after 11pm…I had to wait 25 minutes to get serviced, which took another 10 minutes to complete…not what you want to experience after 19 hrs travelling :-( Then I was allocated a room in the head tower…not easy to find, lots of walking … room was fine though; but the free bonvoy wifi not suitable for Teams meetings… Lots of potential for improvement … after all, a Marriott Downtown hotel should be able to do better…

Very dirty area , felt unsafe with characters walking around

Some people from the staff were not so nice. Bedroom had some dirty spots, I payed more than 300 per night for a hotel that seems to be hold and a bad room

I did not likethe fact the the hotel room does not have internet service inless you became a member. We are not a 3rd world country and even there the internet is free
