Friendly staff and excellent place

這次入住五個晚上，第一天入住的房間第二天晚上就沒有熱水，和櫃檯人員反應後，馬上幫我們換一間客房，乾淨度及整潔度完全不一樣，希望是一開始就給我們這樣的房間，不過停車很方便，謝謝。

The room is very comfortable, with a coffee maker for hot water and coffee. There’s a small round table for handling some work tasks—it’s a cost-effective hotel, and I’ll stay here again next time.

The room itself was good but not the staff. I would not recommend that you leave any thing valuable in your room. The cleaning staff emptied the fridge full of unopened drinks we had left there and then lied when confronted.

It was okay. Neighborhood was a little rough.

Hotel staff is very nice. Parking lot is small in front, but plentiful, and I greatly appreciated that there was not a parking surcharge. The room was also small, but was very clean and a perfect efficiency room for my 1 night stay. Good WiFi and quiet, safe area. I would stay here again. Just a word of caution: if you don’t need housekeeping, make sure to put your do not disturb tag on the door. Housekeeping arrived around 9AM, attempting to enter the unit, although checkout was at 11AM. Not a major issue, but something to be mindful of.

The property is convenient to the freeway, shopping, and dining. The only drawback is that there is no microwave in the rooms or in the common areas.

We were greeted at check in with the most friendly and helpful staff! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

I have stayed here in the past and this time, coming down to help my Dad, it was the same. Staff cares about trying to keep the place up to standards and clean (hard to do with aging buildings, but they seem to instill some pride in most of their staff...it's great) If the times and price match up, I would definitely stay here again.

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

Our room was good for the price, the parking is so small and hard to get in and out of your vehicle and the lot. House keeping walked in to my room without announcing themselves at 8am when check out is at 11, that was horrible. we felt like we had to get out ASAP.

The staff were very nice. It’s an old building the toilet sounded like it was going to take off when you flushed it. Everything was clean.

Was there for a bed only, so not much to add

The room seemed remodeled within the last 4 to 5 years. The room was quiet and clean. It did take a while for the water to get hot and the shower head leaked, though staff did fix that after being notified. The towels were smaller than average and very thin. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and eateries/shopping areas.
