La stanza era a dir poco vecchia ed usurata. L'hotel sarebbe completamente da ristrutturare. Colazione terribile, nulla di fresco e scelta quasi inesistente. Nessun prodotto senza glutine

Have dtayed here in past. The outside stairwells were dirty with trash on them

The room was renovated and looked updated. The room had all the essentials. However, there was a smell in the room when we got in. And one of the airmchairs seemed to be somewhat wet. We did have a dog with us, so potentially we were set up in a room that is always used for dogs and the smell and chaie issue were from a previous guest... but it still made it harder to enjoy the stay. Otherwise, the hotel looked well kept

Cute Inn with electric chargers which is a huge bonus! Breakfast was nice out on the deck-washer was broken which was kinda a thing for us after travelling from Colorado but we found a laundromat. Overall a pleasant experience:

The pool was nice on a hot day, well maintained. The room was clean and spacious, but could use an upgrade. I’d start with putting wood floors or tile floors down opposed to carpeting. The staff was friendly, coffee at the morning breakfast very good, and the breakfast was a fine addition if you want to grab something on the go. Decent hotel choice for the area at a reasonable price point.

We had the best stay! It was conveniently located with a short drive to Kennebunkport and Portland. You must drive up the road to eat at square toes breakfast place!! Omg amazing … worth the wait.

Overall, the property presented very nicely. However, one side of both beds were completely broken down with no support, apparently they have never heard of turning mattresses. The bathroom was clean, except for black mold in both corners of the tub shower, it wasn’t a lot, but it was certainly enough to gross me out. The smoking area was not maintained. There were cigarette butts all over the ground, yes, I know it’s a nasty habit, but the smoking area shouldn’t be nasty. The breakfast in the morning was very nicely done and I appreciated that a lot. Overall, truly, it was not worth $250 a night. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to friends and family.

Great location (near Kennebunkport) and affordable. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great too. The second floor would be pretty much inaccessible to anyone with any physical limitations but it is a good place to stay.

Great property, just outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Clean, comfortable, safe and affordable. Very happy with our stay.

Oh my goodness. You get what you pay for. Smelly deodorizer for the rugs was nauseating. I’m sorry to say. Property in disrepair. Needs a new owner.

Our room was not clean. Pricey for what the room was but the lobby and pool area were nice.

Didn’t like having 2 trash barrels right outside my door! It was noisy with people using them and smelly. One of the beds in the room the sheets weren’t changed. There was numerous long black hairs in the sheets and they were all wrinkled. And the walls were very thin. People above me came in late around 1am and were the banging doors.

Room was filthy and not good condition. There were lots of bugs in the room as well.

Our stay was great. It is a short walk to the middle of town, which we took to get breakfast.
