Very cool location. The room was clean. The staf was friendly.

We will absolutely be staying again especially after their new remodel! Things were a little outdated but this incredible staff made up for it entirely! Bailee was so helpful and willing to take the time to make sure our Oregon stay was everything we could ever want it to be!

We were not informed of the construction going on at the hotel. When it's done, I'm sure it will be nice, but for now, it's not so great.

Everything was average until I checked out. The young woman who checked me out didn’t ask me about my stay or anything. When I asked for a printed folio for my expense report she said she couldn’t give me anything since I booked through Expedia, even though they took my credit card and charged me when I checked in. Then I asked for her to hold two bags for me until later this afternoon and she said she wasn’t allowed to do that. Every hotel I’ve stayed at does this for guests but she couldn’t have cared less. I voiced concern that my car could get broken into and bags stolen and she didn’t care. When I told her I wouldn’t stay there again she simply said “okay.” Really poor customer service. She should find another job that doesn’t require her to help people.

Liked the proximity to the beach.

Great Place

The cordial staff cannot make up for terrible construction noise, including hammering, nail guns, and crashes, and vibrations in the floor and the balcony. I could not have the relaxing vacation I wanted. I checked out a day early. Our stay earlier in the summer was very pleasant, in contrast to intolerable noise this time.

I didn't like that the air didn't work in the room and you could hear noises from the room next door.

Was not told there was construction going on. Was woke up at 7am to loud hammering and compressors. Was told it was listed on 3rd party web site and it is not. Very disappointing. Not a relaxing get away

The hotel is great but under renovation

I enjoyed the area, but the hotel was under construction doing upgrades and it was never mentioned until after I arrived and payed for room. Internet was down for 24 hrs, and it was easy to see that our room had been broken into previously and locks had not been fixed properly.

Other then the construction there was 0 complaints about the property I enjoyed my stay as did my girlfriend we had a lovely time in seaside and at the promonade

Massive construction going on! Building is in terrible condition beyond that. Pool with visibly cloudy and green. Room still had pet and human hairs in the corners of the rooms. Wallpaper was peeling. Balcony felt unsafe. Construction going on from 7am in the morning until after 8pm at night. Very loud and very intrusive on guest spaces.

I think hotel will be better once hotel is done being remodeled. We stayed mid construction so timing was off. The surrounding area was great! Pool was OK but not lit well and floor of pool rough. Loved having MO’s on the corner!

I was given the executive suit. It was next to the staff office and very noisy at night. The carpet was super dirty and torn. There was no AC at all. The swimming pool and hot tub were in very deplorable conditions. The water super dirty and the tiles of the pool were crumbling. The smell of chlorine was unbearable. Not a place i would ever stay at again unless they improve these things.

The building is under renovation which is much needed. We stayed at a large room with a beautiful view, but had a certain weird smell.The floors were duty and the carpet was sticky. The balcony's floor, chairs and handrails were extremely duty. We had housekeeping in our room twice and both times nothing except the beds were done. Not the floors, nor the kitchen, bathtub or toilet. Neither the kitchen light or the chimney worked. The pool room was missing several sealing pieces and looked extremely old, full of stains. The actual pool was full of sand, the water wasn't clean. Some family members got stuck in the elevator because of how old the building is. There was great customer service, every staff member we came across was very nice and friendly. Location and views are wonderful, everything pretty much within walking distance. But still, definetely not worth how expensive it was to stay here.
