This hotel is the perfect location when traveling with kids. It’s a close walk to everything. The staff are nice and accommodating. We love that they have a water dispenser on our floor. We will definitely stay here again!

I was really impressed with this hotel. Service was great. Room was clean and nice. Love the bar and food was great! Close to the quarter without all the noise.

The staff was amazing

I really like that this property is walking distance to the French Quarter and Canal Street. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The lobby has a cozy feel to it and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room I was assigned to had a comfortable king size bed but the bathroom was a little cramped and I’m a tall person. I’m sure if I asked the front desk could have accommodated a room change but I was only staying one night so it was okay.

Just wasnt anything close to described, especially for the price

Unfortunately we were there in March and the hotel was not set up for the cooler weather. The air conditioning was permanently on and our only recourse ( noted on a sign by the thermostat) was to request extra blankets. When we made the request the front desk said tgey would " turn up the heat in our room so that we didn't need the blankets. Unfortunately the heat did not come on and we need 3 additional blankets to get through the 4 hours we were staying before we left in the middle of the night.

What a great place to spend time in NOLA during Mardi Gras! Very nice staff, room comfortable and took advantage of a special promo that included breakfast and parking.

Small room. No privacy either inside with a sliding bathroom door Or outside with doors banging and hearing your neighbors. They have the shampoo, body wash and conditioner locked up good, getting a few squirts is difficult. My room was on the 2nd floor in the Crescent building had to be by an air system because I just heard the noise all night. Across the bar in the lobby with food is solid enough. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Would I recommend it? Only if it fits someone price point. Would I go back? No.

The bed needs replacing. Otherwise, our stay was great.

The location of the hotel is in a convenient and comfortable location in the the CBD of NOLA. We walked everywhere we needed to go and had a short time getting to nice sites, eateries, and shopping areas.

Close to downtown

Hotel is in a VERY good, central location. The room, though small, was neat and clean. Pillows were less than meh... bring your own. Concrete floors in bedroom were an unpleasant and cold surprise. Bathroom was small and awkward, but clean and well equipped. Guys doing valet parking were fast and efficient!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and only had hot water in the sink for one day. The shower never got hot. The valet got our car booted because he failed to write the proper tag number and name on our valet ticket. We only discovered this because we were heading out and they went to retrieve the car and what should’ve taken 15 minutes turned into an hour. We were comped for the boot and they took one night of overnight parking off the bill. Our room was super cold the first night, which forced us to purchase a heated blanket first thing the next day. We spoke to the desk clerk and she said we were supposed to inform maintenance so they could turn on the valve. I have never stayed in a hotel that had to operate the heat differently. We hated that we were unable to take a proper bath due to cold water. The hotel should definitely look into getting industrial hot water tanks. The hotel is definitely lovely and the aesthetics are amazing but poorly maintained. The location is perfect for events and we felt safe walking at night; however I’d never stay again.

Beautiful restored building just outside the French Quarter. Not as luxurious as I had anticipated, but rooms were comfortable, location was great and was a good value. Daily room service is always appreciated
