Great stay good people and good rooms

Greta for a one night stay.

Everything was great in the hotel. Clean spacious room with quiet ac and great shower. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and everything was available except ok but plenty of other drinks available. The location is perfect, close to I 35 and many great places to eat and drink.

Hot breakfast items were not very tasty, but ok. Room temp was a bit humid.

The Lady on the front desk (sorry I didn’t get her name) is an exceptional employee, very friendly, smart, smiling all he time. I was impressed. One question for you at Expedia. I was booked for 7 days however had to leave a day early. Do I get a credit for the extra day? Thank-you.

We had stained white towels. Breakfast offered no meat only eggs and waffle. $50 deposit. Otherwise, my bed was comfortable. Convenient to the casino venue. Convenient to a few eateries.

Great very reasonably priced hotel

Everything thing was fine till check out to get our deposit back. And bc the towels was dirty I was charged for it

The pool was very nice the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great, but our room would get very cool, the room was clean and tidy, but we did see a Roach on the wall.

Room was dirty had not been cleaned from previous person. Water dripped in bathtub room was hot.

It was a terrible stay. DONT RECOMMEND. The owners (husbad/wife)at the desk are so very rude and the other lady;im guessing theyre all related, are rude as well. Constantly watched us while we walked around and while we were swimming in the pool. They have their dog roaming around the lobby without a leash. The pool is small and was so cold. When asked about heater, she was rude and said thats all she could do. The tv was broken in our room. The bed had bleach stains on the comforter. The mini fridge in our room didnt work. The AC wasnt great. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. They seem to try to find ANY reason to keep your deposit. We are a family of 5 and we did not enjoy our stay. Stay away!

On Sunday when I went to get ready to check out I saw 3 cockroaches scurry across the bathroom floor. Two ran under the sink through a crack in the wall. I caught the 3rd cockroach. I brought the cockroach to the front desk in a zip lock bag and discreetly showed the front desk assistant. There was a lot of people eating breakfast and in the main lobby. I didn’t want to cause a big disturbance so I quietly informed them of where I found it and requested a refund for my room. They said the manager would be calling me Monday. I didn’t receive a call Monday so I called Tuesday. I was advised a manger would call Wednesday or Thursday morning. I didn’t receive a call so once again I called the hotel. This time I was able to speak with the manager who advised me they couldn’t refund my room because I booked through Hotels.com and it would have to be from them. I contacted hotels.com and the agent said they had to call the hotel to get the hotel’s permission to refund the money. The hotel denied the refund. So the hotel lied about being the ones able to issue the refund. Hotels.com offered $50 in one key cash back. I used $28 for that room already and hotels.com denied refunding me the points I already used for the cockroach hotel as well. I called the hotel back and was told since I didn’t see them till Sunday that it shouldn’t be a problem since I stayed the full time. The second I saw the cockroaches Sunday I grab my stuff and checked out immediately, not staying for breakfast.
