Muy buenas camas

Floor was filthy. No streaming for tv. Moldy break on free breakfast. Back of chairs at breakfast area was filthy. I couldn’t wait to get out! Very very disappointing… will not go back

Minuses: Guests need to be informed of no elevator. Stairs had not been vacuumed. Ice bucket in room had trash in it; maid had not checked it. Walls are paper thin. Door between Room 209 & 211 did not close/lock on 209 side. Pluses: Room was clean & bed was comfy. Staff responded quickly to issues in a friendly manner.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is dirty and falling apart. Had to screw in the security guards chain to get room. Tiles in bathroom were broken and loose. Very dangerous. It was filled with construction workers that were loud. Ask to be moved to another room they said they had none.

The outside hides what an amazing steal this hotel provides its guests! The room blew my mom and I away! Beds were so comfortable, special features in the bathroom mirror I’d never seen before and the cleanliness of the room was greatly appreciated after a long day out exploring/wine tasting. Would recommend this hotel if traveling in or around the Sonoma area.

The pictures online made the property look better than how it presented. The rooms were not clean. There appeared to be make up stains in the sink in the bathroom and on the inside of the door of the bathroom in our room. We were nervous about the cleanliness of the room because of this. There were also some loud travelers in the lobby arguing.

It was clean, convenient, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Good bed and pillows and I got a good night's sleep so I was happy

The room was great, along with th price. Such a nice reprieve with a large and spacious room, comfortable bed and good pillows

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean except for the carpet in the lobby, hallways, and stairs. Those areas needed a vacuuming. Unfinished painted walls in indoor public areas. The room itself was nice and clean. I don’t remember hearing neighbors from the room even though I could hear them when we were in the hallway. Not enough towels for the 3 people I made a reservation for but they were easy to obtain. Lastly the TV went out in the whole hotel on the second night. Overall not bad for the money and would stay again.

Bathroom was very dirty there was long hairs everywhere.. shower didn’t drain. Tv didn’t work. Curtains didn’t block sun out

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. There is no evaluator, the carpet is dirty doesnt look like it gets vacuum. The door to the room was missing the bolt lock. Didnt feel too safe. The vents in the room were dirty. The ac unit is old and was okay. The location isnt the best.

Bath towels had stains on them. Had someone elses hair on the tub. The walls are paper thin. The door to my room apeared to have been kicked in at one time and never repaired.

Staff was very kindle and easy to excess traffic and location.

We wish there was more variety in the breakfast options.

Positives- Not a bad budget hotel, good location, clean, desk folks were friendly. Improvements - Breakfast was on the cheap side and only two channels on the TV.

Extremely basic but totally fine. Quite, clean and safe.

The front desk staff is friendly. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. Especially the blanket is so soft.

Would have been perfect if there was enough food on-hand for the breakfast: I got to the dining room about 0730 and they were already out of eggs and sausage. several other people asked the attendant and they said they were all out. Seems weird that early.
