The faux chair by the desk was old and the lining was shedding on the floor. The bathtub/shower was dirty and didn't have a bar to help elderly people get in and out. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. There was someone smoking near our room and you could smell it through the vent in the bathroom. We stayed there 4 nights and not once did they clean our room or offer the change the towels. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. I went to the gym to exercise and the air conditioner wasnt working. We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Small room, non smoking, but had that lingering tar smell from years of smoking. Other than that fairly large issue, a decent place to sleep.

Outdated property with inconvenient elevator - accessible entrance is down a long hall from the elevator. Entrances close to elevator are not accessible. Cramped room with too much furniture - no space to put luggge, persistent odor, and small bathroom with minimal counter space. Unhelpful evening staff

Clean, comfotable beds, hotel is a littles dated but for the comfort and price it was a good deal

I understand you get what you pay for. Paying $120/night, I would expect the garbage under the bed from the previous occupant would get cleaned up. If we weren't so tired from traveling, I'm not sure I would've got much sleep. Room 233 was not up to the "Quality" I would expect.

Run down… seem like some undesirables stay there… not the cleanest

Safe an quiet location

Checked in for two days of the four I was in the Portland area. I should have stayed the whole time. The desk was clerk was an absolute professional. Very thoughtful and receptive. The facility was great, as was the room.

Safe is always excellent. The rooms however need a bit of work. Ants in bathtub and the material they patched the tub with was flaking off. I did change rooms, to find a great one. Staff always wonderful

Convenient for family visit

The carpet was stained, chair was falling apart, shower tube was peeling

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Staff was excellent. We did not feel safe coming in and out. There was a lot of questionable looking people hanging around. There was a group of men drinking beer around a pickup under our window well into the night. There was also a group of men drinking and smoking in the pool area so we did not feel safe taking our young girls down to the pool. Smelled a lot of dope often as well. Overall, was disappointed with the atmosphere of this hotel.

Breakfast was great; staff were friendly; everything was clean incl the pool. Unfortunately their covered smoking area was right behind the pool so there was constant smoke & marijuana smoke wafting over the pool. Was traveling with a service animal so I’m pretty sure they stuck us in the shabbiest room (see pic).

My stay was pleasant. The staff very helpful. My room had ants all over window sill and air conditioner. The staff did send someone in to take care of it, while I was gone for the day. However they still were there. I changed rooms. Only to have no hair dryer. The bathroom plugin was half under sink tile. Making it very difficult to plug mine in. The staff was so nice. I do feel however, management should have been involved. Maybe a free night!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Convenient location. Breakfast was just ok. No hot tub at pool. Room was very nice. Staff was nice. Tends to get loud sometimes. Lots of choices of food and shopping nearby
