Omg this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. There were a lot of bed bugs in the room. It bit me all over. very itchy. I stayed up all night looking for bedbugs and better kill three I won't be going back. This is too bad.

Staff could be friendlier and place could be cleaner.

The place looks rundown. They’ve updated but it looks like they’ve done the update themselves. For the finishing touches are just terrible. It’s just dirty work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful,, room was clean with fresh linens on the bed, bathroom and shower were very good

On the plus-side: The woman at the front desk was pleasant, and she let us check in 90 minutes before 3pm. On the down-side: The room had a bit of an overpowering "cover-ip" smell to it. The shower has nowhere to rest your soap, so you have to hold it, or rest it on the floor of the shower. All three nights we were there, something woke us up after midnight...either loud chatter between multiple people not even trying little bit to be quiet...wrestling or a fight in the room above us, and a very loud muscle car starting up, then idling for almost 20 minutes, then peeling out of the parking lot. Although not a danger to us, we definitely saw some sort of drug deal in the parking lot. The breakfast doesn't even have a pot of coffee...it has a latte machine, but I couldn't get just regular coffee out of it. The bottom line is that this is the cheapest hotel in the area, so I can't be too critical, but I WOULD NOT STAY HERE WITH A FAMILY. The other guests who stay here are quite trashy.

Sheets had stains, room was filled with roaches, I got a none smoker room once i walked in it reeked of cigarettes, toilet was dirty and shower hadn't been cleaned in a long time. After inspecting the room I checked out right away didn't bother spending the night. Gross facility will not recommend to anyone.

Nice and quiet

I stayed here on the premise that the pool would have been operational. It was not. I had stayed here over a week prior and they had stated the pool would be fixed on a Thursday. About 1. 1/2 weeks later I stay there believing that statement only to find out the pool is still not operable. There was only one towel in the room and no wash cloths to speak of.

Staff was very helpful. Room was made-up each day. A reasonable Uber to the convention center. Breakfast was OK, just a bit sparce.

IT WAS NICE

The pool was green, and unusable. A staff member came into our room while we were there. The room had been cleaned, but the hotel and room were very gross and unkept. We did not stay - we felt very unsafe after the staff member came into our room.

Terrible experience, false advertising, pool has been broken a while, rooms smell terrible and marijuana being smoked around the property. Would Not give a refund.

Needs some repairs and some updates with the rooms.

Good! Was able to get a quick room for the night. Easy and simple!

Amazing

The bed was uncomfortable, it smelled musty, there is a roach in the shower, but most of all they still made deposit after saying it would be returned to my account within two days.

Room 229 smelled horrible to tobacco, the bed was itchy. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Bed was thin and you can feel the springs. Pool was dirty and closed. Sheets had a stain. Floor was not swept or mopped. No soapdish or place to put things in shower. Computer chair was broken and almost tipped when I sat in it. Location was good for what i needed. Parking lot felt safe. For a one night stay not a bad hotel but for extended stay the bed makes it hard to recommend.
