Arrived at hotel and found there wasn't an elevator and we were on 2nd floor with a lot of stuff. Traveling with a newborn. 3 stars for staff and service because the person at front desk did help with carrying things. Cleaniness was terrible. Stains all over carpets and smelly. Got in room and one mattress was missing a mattress protector and something was on the mattress. Luckily we had 2 beds. Woke up in morning to open curtains to find BLACK MOLD behind the curtains. At this point we hurried our newborn (3 weeks) out of the room as he was exposed to it through the night without our knowledge. I noticed the room was very humid and at this point smelling of mold. Made front desk aware. They said they would speak with Expedia to give an unsaid amount of discount. Still waiting on that. My biggest worry is just to make sure they remove the mold and clean for future guests.

The hotel was very nice and the employees were even nicer.

I just wanted a weekend to myself they were very accommodating. When i arrived i was upgraded from a single queen to a double queen even though i didnt need it for no extra charge

The property was absolutely disgusting. Very dirty throughout the property. Smelled like marijuana throughout the property to include inside out room. We had 2 children with us. I refused to stay in a dirty hotel and a place that reeked of marijuana. Requested a refund and booked another hotel. They said they refunded but I have yet to receive it and I have no way to prove they provided a refund because I booked through orbitz. Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience and don’t know that I’ll book with them or through Orbitz again.

The room had a moldy smell. The breakfast was not very good. One day the eggs were cold. Both days they were very salty.

Decades of cigarette smoke. Mold. Food & carpet stains everywhere; including the bedspread. Hallways reeked of marijuana.

Clean, updated amd comfortable. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back for sure.

Microwave was filthy, room was not clean. Staff smoking right outside the front doors. Lobby and stairways were dirty.

Awesome transport to packer game and back included! Clean room, good breakfast.Friendly staff. No noise.

Cheap and convenient

The room smell musty while we turn the AC before going to the game.

Very good for the price! Beds were very comfy and great sheets! Breakfast area was a little small and crowded.

Huele a cigarro

Room was okay, had issues with a smoke detector battery going off when we first arrived. Staff checked the room and said they didnt hear anything. When we returned later in the night it was again going off. The room just had a musty smell to it, floors felt damp. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was your standard options.

Very dirty. Mold all over air conditioner. Bathroom smelled like urine. Comforter smelled like body odor. Hallway smelled like weed.

Staff was extremely rude.

The air conditioner didn’t work in the room so it was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in, we would have loved to continue to come to the hotel but lack of comfort in the room was a deal breaker. Room 205
