The hotel facility is old, breakfaster quite fair, I stayed here because it is pretty close to my customer. Price is faire. Overall not bad if you have limited budge to spend.

the room had an odor to it. The wireless internet didn't work properly but the bed was comfortable.

All services and staff were friendly and competent. Only wish there was a Room Service and Breakfast guide in the room.

Room wasn’t ready on time. Property was old, dingy, and parking was limited. The bed was nice and clean, which was a great redeeming factor.

The property was very dirty

Check in was fine. The issues came with the room. The room was dirty, spills on the floor. Towels in the room were all dirty. The sheets on the bed weren’t clean. The bathroom was also dirty, the walls had stains all over them. Over all a bad experience.

I appreciate my time there. But I probably won’t be back. Thank you

I didn't like the fact this hotel charge my daughter card twice the second charge was for 278.00 more then the first charge. When we confronted the night manager about it he said it was nothing he could do. The morning manager said the same thing, also there corp office wasn't helpful either!

Held $150 for deposit and then said takes 10 days to get it back

Hotel was dirty, had an odor. Noisy people next room. Blankets and duvet were dirty burnt holes in duvet. Elevator was dirty. Room key did not work had to get key magnetized four times. Not returning to this hotel.

My room was dingy and had splattered substances on the wall. The carpet did not appear to be clean and the AC unit barely functioned. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was terrible and the front desk clerks did not provide a good customer service experience. Plus they charged me an additional $100 cash deposit which I told them it was stated on the Expedia website there were no deposits required.

The staff was terrible. I reported bed bugs and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. It was 1:00 in the morning and they could have put me in another room. The night staff told us we had to wait till 10:00 am the next day for the manager to do something. When I asked him to call because it’s an emergency, he refused. I will never book a reservation here or any Quality Inn if this is how they train their staff. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been in.

The elevator stopped working while I was there and my room was on the top floor. On the day I was leaving , one of the workers attempted to enter my room without knocking before checkout time. If I didn’t have the latch on the door he would’ve seen me naked.

At 2 am when you trying to relax and sleep the cleaners had to be yelling at each other from across the hallway

Love it close to shopping mall and restaurants

It's a dirty dump! It's in a pockety area of the Chicago burbs. If you’re traveling alone with small kids and safety is a top priority do not stay here. There are far better options off Hwy 57 10-15 mins further down or up the road from this town. I was taken back at the $150 deposit of either credit or cash. I checked out earlier because I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I was charged $25 early check out which really irritated me. You have to fight for a refund which is ridiculous. So now I can only imagine if I will ever get my deposit back. If not I will take it to arbitration because it down right robbery. At checkout the man I dealt with was playing very dumb with me and saying he didn't know what I was saying, that was frustrating. It was noisy the guest across the way kept going in and out all hours of the night, during the night someone pulled up blasted their music for 30/40 mins, someone rewing their motorcycle for 10-15 mins, and you can hear the noise from the hwy but that's good for white noise. There was liquor bottles and trash all over the side of the building. The photos are very deceitful. Placed stinks a mix of things cigarettes, pot, old smell, and mildew. Our room the toilet leaked every time it was flushed, mattress stained very badly, stained sheets, ruined carpeting with stains and holes. Overall very dirty. This property is not well kept/mainatined. Regarding the stolen car review it was a repo from the bank. I don’t think that’s the case.
