The pool area is great. The area is very clean.

Jay at the front desk did a great job. No road noise from US 19. Stayed in the 200 block. Pool area neat and clean. Pool was clean with no debris even with all the plants.

Location is ideal. However, every time I stay in there, the internet is always not working. There was a leak by laundry a M8

The property is old, but with unfinished maintenance and remodeling, in the room the bathroom was noticeable wallpaper, which was painted, was peeled off. in the room it was with only one painting and the space of the other free There was a lot of noise in the hallway as if there were fights.

Renovated but still wear showing

A little far from area but worth it quality for price

To start with, we arrived at check in time (3pm) and waited 15 minutes while the staff did shift change (you would think that shift change would not be scheduled at the beginning of check in time). The parking lot was dirty with pieces of trash and broken tiles on the ground that were never cleaned up the three nights of our stay. The door in the room had a 1/4 inch gap at the bottom and conversations could be heard from other rooms so I am sure others could hear ours. I needed wifi to do work while on vacation but it appears we were out of range from the router as we were never able to obtain an IP address. I reported this to the front desk twice. The first time I was told that it was being fixed, the second time I was given the employee wifi code. This did not work either. When I checked out I ask for a discount for not able to connect to wifi and was told that it would be reported to upper management. All in all, the room was clean and the AC worked even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. The staff was friendly and accommodating specially the house keeper (Lily, she cleaned the room daily and left towel art in the bathroom which was amazing) and the Breakfast Attendant (she was happy and friendly and pushed this to all she attended). This is not a bad place to stay, if you do not need wifi, are not bothered by the hotel grounds being un-kept, the high noise level and are not in a hurry.

The staff at check in was very outgoing and nice. What i didnt like was the air dryer was not working and the bed wasnt so comfortable.

The hot water wasn’t hot

The hotel is a DUMP, pure and simple! There were Lizards in the hallway, there was a dead roach in my room for two days next to the Air Conditional. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and there was trash outside of a room where work was being done. The experience was horrible, and I will NEVER stay in such a DUMP ever again!!

The bathroom is in need of an overhaul. Water was not draining in tub properly and sink as well.

Beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately it seems like the property was just cleaned and painted after the obvious hurricane damage. Ceiling looks sketchy with water stains painted over subpar repairs. Carpets in the corridor on the first floor you can see the water stains coming out of each room. The repairs could have been done much better especially being the brand of hotel this is.

This hotel is in pretty sorry shape. Nice people. They do work hard at keeping it clean. However, this property is due for an extreme renovation, or even replacement. Hotel room was akin to traveling back in time. :'(

The hotel was very well priced. It was older but clean. The pool was very nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. I did see a cockroach our last morning which disgusted me but I was told they’re common in Florida.

It to me felt outdated and dirty. The room however seemed clean. But the hallways look like there was a stain that went down the hall on outdated carpet

Stayed in the “double bed suite with pull out double sofa bed”. No sofa bed. Hard two inch thick futon with a hard rod going up your back that did not match the other furniture a definitely was not pictured. Want the room cold? Nope. No central ac, old school hotel ac unit in the living area, small residential window unit that has been plastered into the wall in the huge bedroom that will not cool the room off, even hours later. The bathroom is diabolically hot due to no ac going through it. During the night, got eaten up by small ants. Freaked out thinking it was bed bugs at first, but you can watch the trails of ants coming into and leaving the room through the balcony doors, even on the third floor. Location was as expected being on a busy highway noise wise at night. Continental breakfast was good, no complaints. Hotel worker kept it well stocked all throughout breakfast. Walk to pool from office area is very nicely laid out and very pretty. Pool was small but perfect for families. Pool area was crawling with ants so beware. I would not stay here again or recommend. If you’re on a budget, the price seems great, but you will end up spending more on medicine for itchy bites and a fan if you don’t bring one with you because it’s so hot and lunch not long after breakfast due to it not being a hardy good first meal to start the day and is not a selling point.

This property was clean and in good working order. Busy road but near the things we wanted to do.

I was informed that it was remodeled recently and it was spacious, clean, nice staff, comfortable room, I like the breakfast area too
