Had bed bugs underneath

It was in a good place not to far from where we needed to be.

I saw positive reviews before reserving this hotel. I’m not sure how or why. Smoky room, terrible bed, yellowed switch plates, and the roaches to top it off.

Friendly staff always ready to help

upon arrival the room smelled musky, decided to take a nap, the bed smelled terrible. I did not want to change rooms because my wife had a taken a shower. overall. I was happy that was only one night. never again at this hotel.

Very nice stop. Front desk is awesome and room was spotless. Great place to stay.

Easy and simple.

Walked in and was told the day of check in that there will be a security deposit due of $100. Due to coming in late for our son’s tournament we needed a place to stay. Early in the AM we were woken up to fire alarms going due to someone burning something, the alarms didn’t go off for almost 2 hrs( we were told to stay in the room that it was safe) at check out I had no issues the lady was polite. But I did get a call that a pillow was missing out of the room and I would be charged for it. At this point I was over it and told the lady that’s fine to just charge me for the pillow.

Clean and very polite staff

The property wasnt the easiest to get to since it was down a ways from the strip mall nearby. The room was very nice minus the clear evidence of bed bugs. We were notified the staff cleans the rooms every 3 days which was off-putting but we made it work. Wouldn't recommend because of that alone.

First the 100.00 security deposit was a bit surprising and not happy that I have to wait 3 business days before I get it back. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the ironing board was broken. I had a king bed with extremely small pillows. I had to stack all for pillows just to get some comfort. I stayed for 2 days no fresh towels were given after the first day.

My experience was just an “alright” feeling; nothing really stood out in an amazing or bad way, however I will say the staff was very helpful. It was good for simply spending the night.

It was great place to stay and people are very friendly and cleaning staff are amazing and people at front desk are amazing too and this place is very respectful and i love that and i give them 5 stars

The room wasn't properly cleaned

I stayed for one night.

It was dirty and had cockroaches running around the place. Gross. Bad service on top of that.

The hotel is good for business overnight travelers and couples. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The room rates are fair as well. I want to acknowledge Yvette at the front desk. So helpful, personable, welcoming and practices customer service the way it was originally supposed to be. The world has done a 180 and not for the better. Any hotel is not doing a person a favor by charging high prices. Customers are doing the hotel a favor by choosing to pay and stay there. The staff should act accordingly! Thanks again Yvette!
