Pool was not working the entire time. The rooms were musty smelling and outdated. The rooms were not worth the money that we paid.

Breakfast was good, room was clean. Parking was difficult, one man took up 5 spots with his truck and trailer, so we had to park behind the building.

Was suppose to have a pool view, didn’t happen. Kids were excited about the pool, pool was closed. Shower was cold, called front office about 3 times no response. Walked to the front office to let them know and finally hot water.

BED BUGS!! found bed bugs and crumbs in our bed! and found roaches in the pool room, pool was NASTY. We literally handed them a bed bug in a napkin and they’re claiming they don’t have bed bugs and will not refund us. do not stay here!!

This was a last minute booking so we decided to stay here based on the pictures and reviews. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the lobby was filthy. Our room smelled like urine. Housekeeping only serviced the room one of the days we stayed and when they did they only half-way made up one bed and left the other bed completely undone. Don’t stay here. There are other inexpensive hotels off of the strip that look much better maintained.

I booked the property for the indoor pool which was dirty just like the room with a little Mr. Clean and some paint this could be a very nice place. It seems Branson as a whole is going down the tubes. Kind of sad

We were looking for a room with an in room jetted tub when we found this place. The price was right, so we gave it a shot. Definitely will spend the extra money and go to a different place next time. Just not in good condition, and definitely not enough towels for a room with a hot tub.

The room we stayed in had stained carpet. And the grout between the tile flooring was filthy. This looks like a very old beat up facility desperately needing updating. There was dog food behind the nightstand. The mirrors were dirty, we left a day early, knowing we would even lose out on the money.

It was a good, budget friendly hotel. The pool was nice and the breakfast was actually really good for this level of hotel

I have traveled in and out the country since I was a small child and this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at! The room was very damp and had a heavy mildew/mold smell. There was no microwave and the fridge barely worked. I was very disappointed in the shape of the room. When checking out I voiced my concerns and was told by one of the ladies that works there that a few of the rooms smell like that and are damp. My children needed treatment when we got home and I ended up needing my inhaler. Never again will I stay here and I truly hope they fix this terrible issue.

The room was not cozy at all. The bathroom was really small. The WiFi was terrible had no WiFi the whole entire time. The breakfast was terrible eggs were not done and running and sausage was cold. Not a good place to stay in Branson

Loved the balcony

It was convenient to get around the area.

The photos are very out of date. The handle on the shower fell off when I tried to start the shower. The sink only had hot or scalding hot water. The amount of gnats or fruit flies in our room was gross. There were cigarette butts on the carpet right outside our room.

We had an upstairs room and there was no way we could have pulled our luggage up, the manager was kinda evough to trade and ground room. The sink clogged up. The elevator was out, and no sign on it saying Out of Order. Ice machines were hard to find. The pool is in another part of the area.

Location is nice, but the facility was atrocious. Walked in to a very humid room, with a sound of dripping water coming from the bathroom. Upon looking at the dripping water coming from the ceiling vent I had to go to the front counter for help. They gave me buckets instead sending someone to fix it. All rooms were booked, so they couldn’t move me. I totally understand circumstances around the issue, but a lack of customer care was what frustrated me. I was given no opportunity to get any sort of compensation or support. The fact is this: I could not use my bathroom for my whole stay, and was given no help whatsoever. “Not So Quality Inn”

For the most part everything was great! We needed extra blankets and a few other things and the front desk woman was very helpful. We did find several cigarette butts in our room, which was non smoking, I did let the front desk know and she apologized. I just didn't want to be blamed and charged for it. The breakfast was great, really good variety. Location was wonderful!! We walked to shopping and dining areas. We will try to stay again!

Delayed check in because rooms still werent ready, Broken shower floor, mold, and bugs in one room, food left in 2nd room in a drawer, and when we asked front desk about it, the inly question they asked was "well, was the bed made?" Will never stay in this hotel again.
