The room fridge was filthy with left over drinks in place. Pet area waa disgusting, full of empty liquor bottles and trash.

All in all not a bad property in general. Most everything was good until we noticed that the room carpeting was so filthy it turned our feet black. Disgusting! Wife mentioned this to person at front desk ,. She responded that they were aware and were getting new carpet.

Our room wasn’t clean properly when we checked in. The floor had dirt on it. Bathroom was not clean. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold stains on the it, The room smelt like smoke.

We had a handicap room but to get to breakfast we would have had to go down stairs or outside in the rain. No elevator so no breakfast

I would say this motel is slightly below average for the area. We have stayed in several motels here and this one wasn’t as clean or well maintained as others.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I checked in and then checked out 30 minutes later because the place had cockroaches, half the amenities weren't even available, and the front desk was extremely rude. Unfortunately for me I booked through Expedia and they denied my refund request even though they didn't provide the services that were requested and I didn't even stay the night. Front desk personnel Cbanks was incredibly rude and clearly management is a joke. I'll never stay at another Quality Inn and I'll never use Expedia ever again.

This place is just kind of shoddily put together. Isn't really clean but isn't dirty either. Beds are like boards. Highlight for sure was the breakfast and the lady operating it. Young lady checking us out was also friendly and efficient. I'd come back for an overnight. Wouldn't be thrilled having to stay longer than a night or two.

Clean building. Good breakfast and literally by the interstate. Quite too.

Only problem we had was, we tried to check in early. Had to wait till ALL roots were cleaned. Had to wait till check in time. The problem is Eastern time and Central time.

It smelled really clean. No weird odors! It was an older building, but kept up well. Location could be better, it seems their dealing with homeless living nearby. The property was secure though.

It was a great stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were nice and professional.Enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hot breakfast every morning was delicious.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel & unfortunately the worst experience (other 3 times were great). Got there at 3 but the front desk was having issues determining which rooms were ready. Finally checked into the room & everything seemed great at first you can tel they’re trying to remodel but some of the furnishing were SUPER old. Went swimming immediately as I got there but noticed the only way downstairs was by stairs, which isn’t great for my elderly mother who travels with me. The pool seemed to need cleaning & people were at it smoking weed (hotel smelled like it most of the time I was there). Get back to the room & an hour later I get summoned to the front desk bc their system apparently checked me & other guests out so I had to re-check in. Apparently they were having issues giving keys to rooms that already had people staying in them. Get that taken care of, go to bed & head out the next morning only to come back later to our keys not working. Got those fixed. It was the 4th so guests were lighting up fireworks right outside our room (woke us up from a dead sleep at 11:30pm). I would probably stay again as I assume most of the poor experience was due to undertrained staff & tech glitches, & bc it’s very accessible. I just hope things are much better next time.

Traveled to Tennessee to help family move. Stayed for two nights. Room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and good. There were enough choices for everyone. The outside pool was great! Staff were all very friendly. Would stay again in the future.
