Overall the property was very clean and also very affordable. Even though I wasn't planning on swimming, the pool was not in good condition at all. Also, I had a really difficult time getting my door to actually shut as well. I likely wouldn't stay in this hotel again, given the other choices around it.

Toilet didn’t drain properly. Room was filthy and smelled moldy. Check-in very slow. Interior and exterior not maintained. Grass too long. General condition very poor. Pool not operational.

Booked the room for pet traveling along paid in full management refused to let the pet stay without paying an additional 30 per night at check in that was not disclosed anywhere. He was very rude about with a response of you booked thru expedia if they didnt tell you thats not his problem

It was nicely remodeled. But the water took a long time to get hot. The sheets looked kind of questionable. They had some nice spots to sit outside. The pool was closed but they had notice of that on the website.

First off, the floors were filthy. Took my shoes off and my socks to be comfortable, after about 5 minutes, the bottom of my feet were black. My feet actually stuck to the bathroom floor. The shower leaked and dripped all night and day long. The bathroom floor was wet next to the shower and under the sink. There were gnats flying around everywhere. The comforter on the beds were damp where they were not left in the dryer long enough to dry completely. All of the bedding were stained with coffee, blood, and who knows what else. There are no drawers to put clothes in, only a couple of shelves. Worst 2 night stay I ever had at a Quqlity Inn Hotel.

Our outside door was half painted... you can see light all around the door. Could have been unsafe.

We had a old wet towel in our room and hair balls

This hotel gave us motel quality. The rooms were renovated, but it was not a high quality renovation. We stayed in an executive king room. The couch looked dirty. The white linens were stained. The toilet seat appeared to have dirt varnished into it somehow. We found dead moths in the room as well. It was an okay place to stay for the price, but don’t expect anything great. The desk staff were nice though.

It was close to right restaurants. Had to let the hot water run 8-10 minutes before it got hot

We stayed there paid extra for a jetted bathtub that didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and let them know and they never answered. When I went to check out they tried telling me that it worked. I’m not stupid. I know how to work a jetted tub. He never even offered to show me that it worked. I tried to get the difference I paid and they told me no. The bed is hard as a rock and the sink in the bathroom only had ice cold water. They don’t sweep the floors either. Hair all over and dirt.

I have stayed at the property on and off for the better part of 20 years. I have seen a decline at the property but was always clean and nice. They are/ or have refurbished most if not all the rooms there and are very nice. However on this stay we found bed bugs! They did move our room since we figured if we had them then why take them to another hotel. We weee informed that it had been about a year since there last bed bug sighting. We were very concerned and cautious when getting home. We never found any but fumigated vehicle, all clothing and truck bed. We bagged up all closed and laundromat bound. This is a shame , always enjoyed going there but I can say that it will be my last.

The key failed to work at two different rooms, there was a leak at the toilet, the floors had not been vacuumed, there was no one at the front desk to help you check out. Will. Way overpriced

The location was convenient. The water was lukewarm for my shower. The grab bar was disconnected on one end. The painter must have had a very bad day, a six year would have done better. The employees were all great

I will never stay at a Quality again after this experience. It was very loud (doors slamming), there was no hot water, and the floors were dirty.

Give more attention to the breakfast, that’s a main highlight of the stay many people were disappointed and left to go elsewhere.
