My stay was easy and convenient. Service was excellent. Very central to a variety of attractions and shopping areas.

The customer service was good!! We did enjoy the breakfast food! Negative side was our restroom had long hair and snot on the shower walls. It was a non smoking king room but smelled like cigarettes and weed. Unfortunately, I was in town for my sister’s funeral; so I was sad and in a disgusting restroom!! I couldn’t sleep at all!!

Bathroom had mold in the shower and someone’s hair in the shower…the breakfast was imitation eggs, everything was cold except the waffles were great. Ran out of food and didn’t refill. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s a 2 star establishment so we didn’t expect much. The beds are pretty comfortable and they allow pets for a small fee. We were in a pet friendly room so maybe that’s why it wasn’t as clean as we would like. My son’s feet were very dirty just walking around on the carpet. Everything else was wiped down and clean for the most part. Basic amenities available.

Very dirty, the light in the bathroom didn't work, the staff was very unpleasant. I would not recommended this place at all

Horrible service after purchasing the room through hotels.com and were exhausted we arrived at the property and treated as some type of vagrants and were made to put a 100 dollar deposit for incidentals. Which tide up my cash flow for 7 days in which we needed to have just for insurance on our trip. Horrible service and were treated as vandals. I'm almost 50 and my wife tis 44. With two small children .

Mold spots on shower ceiling. Super noisy right off highway. Front desk girl asleep every time I went in for continental breakfast. Bathroom lighting was so bad. Clean enough.

Hard to to get to.

The staff man are very rude toward to deaf (me and my husband are deaf) I tried to clarify to the man not to yell at us just please write down he continue yelling at us and hung up on me and tried to called again still no answers so I’m reporting to ADA and DOJ on that hotel for discrimination & disrespectful to us deaf

It was a terrible experience. These are the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in my entire life. I would not recommend this place to anyone hands-down 100% worst hotel stay of my life. They do not accept Trans women there and will make it apparent to the point of harassment.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean, well stocked. Comfortable bed. Need more light over sink. Few cosmetic issues(peeling paint), older building. Nothing to stop having a comfortable stay.

Nice clean room, very friendly and informative front desk. Some things in the room were broken or not functional; i.e. alarm clock, phone jack.

Had to leave the door open because of wet paint. So later theat flies and nets we had to het rid of. Expedia site said fog fee would be $15 and they charged $20 fee. Would not give me a credit, it was the NEVER EILL DTAY THEIR AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND.principal oarrivarrived t

Just not clean bathrooms

The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable (room 216 ) the sofa was disgustingly dirty and creepy, the bathroom was outdated with 2 shower heads that were damaged and sprayed everywhere. The location was ideal for our purpose but I wouldn’t return considering it requires upgrading

Such a great spot to stop. Check in was super easy. The room was clean and super spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a tub and a shower on our room which i thought was a nice touch. Check out was a breeze as well.
