super clean! needed to look for somewhere to stay for one night because of flight delay. fortunately found this apartment with small kitchen where we could cook instead of buying takeout as coronavirus 2019 caused most restaurants in nyc closed. food emporium was just a block away. enjoyed this stay vvvery much.

This hotel with Old facility , the water pressure is low, the toilet bowl blocked three times within 4 days:( the hair dryer was mulfunction, we have to call the front desk to fix those stuffs almost everyday. Staffs are friendly indeed, however, equipment is too old so I won’t stay in this hotel anymore. The best thing is near Times Sqaure and station

因為地點所以訂了這間酒店 又近地鐵站 又方便到百老匯抽飛，一到酒店有數級樓梯，十分不便，櫃台男人看到都不會出來幫忙。房間用門匙不是用感應咭都心感不妙，你們看到相片大堂紅椅已經是最美的一處，電梯很小，出電梯看到很舊又破的樓梯，像唐人街似的，走廊很窄，房要開2處鎖，是想說很有保障嗎？房間還可以的，是有焗爐和微波爐和爐頭 但都不太敢用 雪櫃夠大 夠凍 還有冰 但你敢用嗎？哈哈 床鋪不像一般酒店的 家庭式的床鋪在酒店不敢用 如果說暖氣太熱沒有蓋被的話 都可以說不敢蓋被吧！說到暖氣 真的太熱 不知怎調較 睡到半夜熱醒！有雨傘可借用 最後check out時有bell boy幫我拿行李落樓梯 加了不少分數呢！

The hotel location was very convenient. It's just a block from Rockefeller Center and 10 minutes walk to Time Square. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. 49th Subway Station is at the corner of the road. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I like the kitchenette in the room; however, the non-stick pans and pots have stretches.

前台的服务很好，但是他们的网络真的很差，我和前台也反映过 他们帮我reset，可是还是不行 别说看电视剧了 就连我照片都发不出去。房间的厨房是我最喜欢的部分 可以自己煮点小东西 餐具 锅碗瓢盆都有提供。 地段很好 没几步就到时代广场了。还有个缺点就是房间非常小，空调声音很大 还对床吹 不开又很热不通气，结果住了一天就重感冒了

這是一棟保養得很好的大樓，如果你到紐約希望能走路便到劇場看演出、離各景點可步行、交通便利到哪都可搭地鐵、有個基本得廚房可烹調省下可觀的伙食費，這裡是平實的好選擇。冬天暖氣很強。 I don't ask much from the faculty while they are friendly. I love this apartments a lot, you may walk or take the subway to anywhere. You may like the kitchen, it's small but helpful. Overall, I enjoy my stay(for 19 nights) very much!

Our stay was great. Great location, friendly staff, everything that you need was in the room. Unfortunately only one lift working.

Very close to Times sq and mid Manhattan

The noise from the street was insane. The windows seem very thin and the building overall very dated. I have been staying in NYC for over 10 years and this was the loudest room I have stayed in. Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant but the lack of sleep with the noise was a big issue for me.

The room was smelly and there were cockroaches!!

Had to change rooms because they were not ready. Only one elevator was working which drastically slowed us down. Used stairs but handrails were being painted. Barely made it to our 5:30 engagement because of all of the above.

On regrette notre 2è séjour (un prolongement du 1er) dans cet établissement car au lieu de nous mettre dans une penhouse au dernier étage comme notre 1er séjour, on nous a fait faire toutes nos valises avant 11h, les descendre à la consigne avant de nous donner une nouvelle chambre au 3è étage à 16h et qui est deux fois plus petite avec une toilette minuscule, même le wc et le lavabo sont minuscules comme pour les enfants. Et comme dans la penhouse, le canapé lit est incouchable car il n’est pas confortable du tout. Malgré le fait qu’on a demandé plusieurs fois à la réception, la personne nous a dit que sauf les penhouses au dernier étage, le reste des chambres est minuscule comme ça et il n’y veut rien faire pour nous. Nous regrettons tellement ce 2è séjour vu le prix payé, autant de réserver ailleurs.
