Love the location. Close to the airport but doesn't feel like it. Kind of secluded so gives a intimate feel. Lake in the back area is very nice and provided great views from the room. The restaurant inside was very convinient and delicious. Breakfast buffet was great too. Shuttle to and from airport was so great and convinient as well. Overall a great place to stay. Sarah with an H was kool.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which made it super convenient for us as we were flying out real early in the AM. It is going through renovations, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was beautiful and excellent! The bed was very comfortable and we had no complaints. Staff at front desk was very friendly too! Will definitely stay there again when in Portland!

Staff was friendly and, with one exception, helpful. Rooms were clean and in working owrder. On site restaurant food was above average.
No on-site parking available unless you want to pay an additional $14 a day! Your only choice is to park on the city street in an industrail area. For one hour after we checked in we had no wi-fi on the 4th floor. After repeated calls to front desk I went down and demanded a change in rooms. Our new room was not as nice as the original room was but the wi-fi did work.

Its a great place to stay and location is excellent.It's just that the room assigned to us smells bad but it has great view of the pond though.But overall our stay is good and still considering of staying next time.
